Location is good due to its close to metro stations. There are markets , restaurants around . A convenient and reasonable choice

A little cold, the air conditioning works but makes the air pretty dry, it's not ideal during the winter.

Elias is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Stay was overall nice.

Drinking water in room should be made available. Atleast 1 bottle per day.

The hotel is near the train station. Lots of nearby restaurants and convenient store. The room is clean and staff are nice.

We have to carry our luggage upstairs because there’s no elevator.

Location was really good, with nice cafes, grocery stores and subway close by

Cost of the room for a single night for 2 persons was over 300 EUR, however our shower and sink were clogged up and did not work. Staff was not able to solve the issue during our stay and we didn't manage to have a shower during our stay. Hotel did not compensate properly for this even after multiple contacts and escalations in person, via phone and via email. Totally ridiculous, and poor customer service.

it was very cosy and clean. The room and the bathroom were small but I really liked it! Very sweet people and I really enjoyed my short stay in Paris.

the smallest elevator I’ve ever seen in my life. the bathroom smelled like sewers the door was very strong although it looked clean. shower is inconvenient since the water always flooded the floor. you always get burned with the hot side of the faucet.

The staff were fantastic, very welcoming and friendly. The bed was comfortable too and air conditioning was great.

The room wasn't the cleanest.

The worst thing was the noise. At 4am a couple in the next room were having a party with loud music and shouting to each other. I complained twice to the manager who was indifferent. After I pleaded with him he knocked on their door and asked them to be quiet but within minutes they were making the same amount of noise and the manager didn’t bother to do anything. We were all exhausted the next day. The rooms are tiny.

Air conditioning was good in the rooms. Location is good with easy access to public transport.

There is always some mold smell in the room. The rooms are not at all spacious and wasn’t very clean when we checked in. The staff didn’t even mark when I paid breakfast and asked to pay again again during checkout but I had to clarify and didn’t have to pay in the end. Had to take cold shower one morning. Not at all 3 star hotel.

The bed was really bad, completely sinking in the middle, the room stank of cigarette smoke, plus a baby was crying all night ( not the fault of the hotel ), really bad wifi connection.
