Die Lage mit Blick auf den Lac Léman ist Atemberaubend!Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.Die suite war sehr gross 40 m² ideal für längeren Aufenthalt.Das Frühstückbuffet ist sehr lecker,es hat was es braucht.Das Zimmer ist sauber und Modern.

Die Strasse und die Bahn ist zwischen dem Hotel und dem See,es läuft was...bei geschlossenen Fenstern absolut ruhig,in der Nacht hats wenig Verkehr.

Staff (I met 5 in total) were always thoroughly lovely and super helpful. Happy to speak in English. Room was immaculately clean and once I worked out that the reason the balcony sun shade was down was because I kept pressing the (what I thought was) a light button that didn't do anything, the view was stunning! I also had to google how to operate the tilt and turn door onto the big balcony (with table and chairs) which was easy with the free WiFi. Good quality bedding and towels. Switzerland is more expensive than UK but the prices at LaVaux would not be out of place there. Lots of space, shower excellent and the view just perfect. I haven't travelled abroad for 25 years, and coming here as a single traveller was very daunting. Hotel Lavaux turned out to be the best decision I could have made. I thought it was excellent.

Maybe time to replace my mattress.

Le balcon donnant sur le lac...

Hôtel séparé du lac par une route à grande circulation et une voie ferrée. Bruit insoutenable si la porte du balcon est ouverte. Aucune activité possible sans prendre la voiture

L’emplacement au milieu des vignes est parfait, le train a 2 pas pour se déplacer Le personnel est parfait c’est propre et les chambres sont confortables

1. I got scabies from this hotel. 2. We were unable to use the veranda we paid extra for, because it overlooks a busy road and train tracks. It was very loud all the time, so we couldn’t have the door open.

Good location

With four starts, it would be great if guests would not be constrained in terms of when they go to breakfast (we were told we can either go at 0730 or 0915). (Maybe i could understand if the traffic was so big but when we arrived for breakfast at 9am, the room was almost empty.) Also, the breakfast needs a significant upgrade, it’s really quite basic. Reception was not super friendly when we arrived and was super slow, even though also other guests were waiting. Maybe it would help to be more prepared for arriving guests, perhaps aak for nymber plates in advance, prep key cards etc.

insonorisation comme dans beaucoup d'hôtel malheureusement on entend dans la chambre les gens dans le couloir qui ne font pas attention à faire le moins de bruit possible.

De ligging vlak bij het meer, mits een kleine wandeling over de weg en onder de spoorweg door, kom je aan het prachtige meer.

Het ontbijt mocht iets uitgebreider voor de prijs.

Le petit déjeuner très basique n’est pas à la hauteur de l’établissement. Grande froideur du personnel et anonymat absolu de l’hôtel…

Hotellet ligger en bit från byn och restaurangen på hotellet stängd. Hotellet ligger ut mot en trafikerad väg

Hotellets frukost var ingen höjdare.

Schöner Balkon mit Seesicht. Gute Matratze/ Kissen. Schlicht und modern. Hunde erlaubt.

Lärm von der Strasse / Eisenbahn auf dem Balkon. Zu wenig aufgefüllt an Duschmittel und Toilettenpapier.

De locatie was mooi en een prima bed en badkamer.

De service in het restaurant was echt slecht. Spraken geen Engels, geen correct aantal van het voorgerecht, we hebben meer dan 1,5 uur op een pizza gewacht. Terwijl het restaurant niet vol was. Uiteindelijk kregen wij de pizza na lang wachten op ons verzoek in een doos mee naar de kamer met houten bestek waar je een pizza niet mee kunt snijden. . Zeker niet voor herhaling vatbaar. Bij het ontbijt een zeer geïrriteerd onvriendelijk bediende.

Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind direkt vor dem Hotel, das Zimmer war sehr modern und sauber.

Das angebotene Frühstück ist leider sehr mager, hier ist für rund 19€ mehr zu erwarten.

Sehr schöne Aussicht. Lage an den Rebbergen hat mir gefallen. Grosses Zimmer, viel Platz.

Durchgangsverkehr Strasse und Zug (Lärm). Zimmer für mich zu warm. Frühstück leider ausser Toastbrot keine Brotauswahl.

Sehr sauber und grosszügiges Zimmer. Toller Blick auf den See.

The food in the restaurant was not vegetarian friendly.

Nice place

Hotel and room was good. Front rooms are noisy because of the road and train track. Air Condition lacks clear instructions on how to operate.

Breakfast was miserable. No proper coffeemaker for cappuccino. Selection very very basic. One type of Bread. One Jam in a big jar with a big spoon. Attendant war incompetent. It's kind of strange, hotel management etc. it taught in Switzerland, yet the hotel here seem not to profit from this.

Our room had a fantastic view and was just walking from the metro stop. Carrying the luggage to the metro stop was a hassle though.
