The Receptionist. She kept me waiting when the room 101 was obviously ready for days. She left reception several times. I saw her walking out on the street with her boyfriend.

The unit was splendid in every respect. The Reception person was very helpful.

Room 6A - 6th floor. Excellent location, very central , great view of sky tower and harbour bridge, which both had light shows for Matariki, which we he had a great view off from the huge balcony. very spacious apartment, great for a family, or group. And so convenient having a mini supermarket at the base of the building .

Location. The Asian reception guy was lovely and very helpfull. Tried his very best to explain the currency exchange rate to me in relation to my bill. Where from Melbourne.

House Cleaning Very Poor Came back to our room to find bed not made. Floor not vacuumed, bathroom floor not moped, bathroom mirror not cleaned, washing machine still had flint in it,so cleaned it myself before using it. Dishes not washed & put away. What they did do was gave us fresh towels restocked the tea & coffee station restocked the milk in fridge, & supplied a clean teatowel & dishcloth plus a new sachets of dish washing liquid, & supplied new sachets for the washing machine. Place looks tired. lift looked like someone had spilt coffee & it hadn't been cleaned up. The carpets are quite stained in hallways & rooms, they need replacing. We had no windows in our room that was awful when we pulled back curtains we were surrounded by other buildings looking into our room so curtains remained closed. No air ventilation in bathroom so after a shower you steeped out into the mist.when entering the room the door wouldn't shut without you having to pull it very hard causing it to slam. Perhaps an upgrade maybe nicer. 🙃

The room was very hot and the air conditioning unit was not at all effective in cooling the room. It was on a setting which couldn't be adjusted to a cooler temperature. Very unsatisfactory. I would never stay in summer. That was a real pity as the rest of the room, service , location was great.

Great location, safe. The room was awesome, having a washer and dryer, full kitchen was a bonus. Soundproof awesome! best sleep. Special price with an upgrade. One of the best places to stay

Close to other building, need net curtain or shade, for privacy, and still be able to leave the drapes opened, other than this, everything was awesome!

Big, spacious two bedroom, two bathroom apartment. The beds were really comfortable and the showers were great. Reception and housekeeping staff were all very helpful and friendly.
