Breakfast was very good. Facilities were clean and staff very courteous

We did not stay the first night as our flight to Cuenca was delayed an hour which caused us to stay in Quito for one night. We had to pay for 2 nights although we only spent one night. That was very disappointing, although the hotel facilities are very nice.

Lovely staff and a beautiful hotel. Comfortable and clean.

It’s about a half an hour walk from the centre but it is a nice walk along the river or a short taxi ride - not really something I didn’t like but something to be aware of!

rooms are looking directly to the parking lot, full of lights the whole night, noisy if there are events going on, no air conditioner in the room, a little window no way to refresh the room. no fridge, no hooks for the towels, no hairdryer, so plain that i really wont go back! i knew this hotel as La laguna , it was wonderful. the architect must have been crazy to put all rooms in front of a parking lot! at least instead of looking on to a black deck they should plant artificial green grass, the view of the trees crossing the street behind the parking lot its the only thing that save the view. for me no more! so disappointed!

Exercise equipment not working properly. Old and obsolete. They advertised for jacuzzi. I found out that there is only one jacuzzi in a vip suite.
