Very friendly staff. The best place on the city center.

Very cozy place, and you can get everywhere walking.

One of my favorite places we stayed. We transferred to this hotel from a previous one, because of location. The rooms are big, lots of lighting, comfy bed. Even though the room we were in was located right off the street, it was not too loud with the doors closed. I will say though that if you leave the doors open, the room starts to fill up with exhaust smell from the busy street next to it. There's no A/C or heater, but it's not needed. The staff is very friendly and accommodating! The hotel is very secure as the entrance is always locked.

If you happen to be out really late, you need to ring the bell at the entrance to be let in and reception is not always waiting at the front for you.

Near the town square. Lot of restaurants and bars near by. Decent breakfast. Very helpful staff. Allowed to drop off the luggage, prior to the actual check-in time.

Nothing in particular. I liked the one night stay.

Location location location near centro. Very helpful and friendly reception staff and kitchen. Very very clean. This is our second visit in 4 years. It has improved from very good to terrific.

The bathroom needs an extra hook and perhaps a small shelf

The hotel is really nice and beautiful, we loved the little Patio inside, where they serve breakfast (which was delicious).The location of the hotel is great, it is close to everything! We also loved the beds, they were the most comfortable beds we have slept in in weeks. And the Staff was super nice and friendly, all in all it was a great experience, we would definitely come back!

I really enjoyed this hotel, especially the king room with balcony. It is nice and spacious with good light, a giant king bed, nice wood floors. I think some of the rooms here are on the smaller side, so it was worth going for this one. The staff is super nice and friendly. Breakfast is fine, eggs, fruit, juice, coffee, and bread, not so much a fan of white bread but many are. I would stay here again for sure.

I liked the service and particularly breakfasts. Location was also great and parking is available just a few meters away. The hotel is great for tourists from different places but also for nationals.

The room had very low ceilings and I do not refer to ceilings 2 meters height but 1.50 meters so I had to walk stooped over. Other than that it was a very nice place.

The staff is super kind and helpful. We liked the tidy, small clean room. Wifi was really good.

We were able to hear our neighbors from another room.

Can definitely improve breakfast.

Centrally located within easy walking distance of central park and many restaurants and shops. Comfortable room. Nice staff, the girl at the front desk always had a smile and friendly greeting. Controlled access - you have to be buzzed in and out, I felt very safe there.

The room was advertised as "soundproof" and it did have a double set of doors out to the balcony so you heard very minimal street noise. However, the rooms open into the center courtyard where the breakfast tables are located so you can easily hear the other guests in the hallways, at breakfast, in the lobby, etc. A couple of the families staying at the same time had small children and one little girl screamed continuously, whether she was happy and playing or upset and crying, she screamed. Definitely not soundproof.

Lovely quiet room even though we were in the centre of the city, beautiful plants and decor inside, super friendly and helpful staff, excellent location to easily walk and explore the historic centre of Cuenca
