Everything was okay except for my bedsheets they had all tea spilt down them from the last guess as I didn’t have any tea

Carpets are dirty, breakfast is not worth it, the main access door to the hotel through the restaurant is closed during the night, which led a guest to bang on the door for an hour to try and get out at 6 in the morning…despite having a 24-hour access backdoor, this can become a real security concern in case of emergency.

Mooie kamer met thee en koffie, ruime kamer en prima gelegen tegenover station naar London centrum. In het restaurant op aankomstdag prima gebeten en in de avonden gezellig in pub tussen de locals wat gedronken. Weinig toeristen

Als ik iets moet zeggen dan dat de raamkozijnen slecht waren en je deze niet op een veilige nachtstand kon zetten. Onhandige wc-rolhouder in badkamer

The room was a reasonable size. The bed was firm and comfortable. It was hot, and there was a fan in the room without having to ask for one. There was a problem at breakfast because a bird flew in when the door opened, meaning for health and hygiene reasons, they had to remove and clean everything from the dining room. We couldn't have breakfast because we had time restrictions. But the staff were very helpful and refunded the price of breakfast and directed us to a lovely café. They were under a lot of stress but remained professional and helpful.

The lights beside the bed could not turn off individually, and the light on the bathroom mirror also couldn't be used individually. So if one person wanted to read, all the room lights had to be on. Similarly, you can't leave the little mirror lights as a night light. We wanted a hot chocolate before bed but they turned off the machine nearly an hour before closing time in the bar.

Breakfast was lovely staff fantastic
