That it took dogs
It was very noisy which is understandable with the location. Hair dryer didn’t work

Hard beds. Horrible pillows. Very outdated.

Everything was such a great stay!
Everything was perfect we all had an amazing stay such friendly staff too!

Room - Easy to access and on the ground floor.
Room - Large and easy to access and the room was clean.
Room - Lights were difficult to operate. Lights were also dim. Shower was not pressured. Also, water was warm not hot. Bedding - Needed new beds / bedding.
Room - Also room was very basic, small tv, near the motorway, public and car park, therefore noise.
Extras - Minimum basic standards such as 2 towels and shower gel being the only additions. Tea and Coffee was value based. Hundreds of leaflets (*to attractions miles away)?

Bedside lamps in a very awkward position. Carpet repair not done properly with fraying edges.

The girl on checkin was super friendly and helpful while being under a lot of workload managing the hotel AND the services next door. The bed was really comfy and everything was clean, good coffee facilities too. Was excellent for the overnight stay I had
The whole place felt really dated, as Magor is quite a popular services for people travelling into Wales I believe it could benefit from a fresh lick of paint and just a little more attention put into it

Location is perfect halfway between 2 destinations! Dog friendly always wins it for me, room 14 on the ground was great clearly a double room great space for the dog to play with his toys

I liked that the price was very competitive.
The mattresses were terrible. We didn't sleep well at all and we had bad backs and aches the whole day.

Room was very tired needed decorating and the double bed was knackered my wife and I rolled together as the bed had no firmness to it long overdue a full makeover this room

we asked teh 2 girls at the counter on checkin if there is anything to around like a beach , but didnt get any info , we then ended up going to bristol , if they had guided us well we could have gone to cardiff or a beach nearby as we got to kow later

A well situated Days Inn with good service station facilities and the great little town of Magor close by. Great for staying near Cardiff or en route to the Welsh Borders. Housekeeping was excellent and decor in good repair. All very good value and very convenient.

Superb Costa's next door where we had breakfast...
This has nothing to do with the hotel.
We paid double for a room by not checking other providers and using my usual provider, Booking.com - and I'm on Genius 3 level 🥺

there was no one at reception when I arrived and someone from the service station was stood letting people know. so no hotel staff in the building. I had to wait 30 mins to get my keys.
I also couldn’t find any light switches for the toilet (disabled one in the room)
