The view. The return of my lost property was quickly resolved. The staff at breakfast tried their best, despite the poor catering levels.

Breakfast was very poor. Ran out of marmalade by 0900 hrs and the choices of cereals was very limited. Scrambled egg was totally dry and unappealing. The receptionist at check was uninspiring.

The room was very nice an spacious

- The service during dinner and breakfast was simply below average ! Tables were not proper covered (eg no napkins, missing fork,...) it took ages to clear-up between courses; During breakfast, the buffet looked plundered and we had to ask multiple times to replenish (lack of proactiviness); - lightbulb in nightlight was missing - refurbishments in eg entry / reception are required; give a worn impression

Good location outside of Cardiff but you will need to have a car. Very picturesque views

There are loud wedding parties that go on past until past midnight playing dubstep/techno. We left early after 1 night of poor sleep.

The hotel is beautiful and has great atmosphere. Our room felt spacious and was very comfortable. The dinner at the hotel restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced with fantastic service. The view from the terrace was scenic and relaxing.

I was on business so the breakfast was the highlight

We loved the location and the views. The room size is very good with all the facilities we needed.

Continental breakfast should offer some cheese and ham options.

The room was superb, though I am told we had one of the best ones. The views over Cardiff are spectacular and the hotel was located well to visit Caerphilly and for our next destination, Cardiff.

Parts of the hotel were a bit 'tired' though we noticed the bar was being refurbished which is needed! Breakfast was a little disappointing, to be honest. Not the worst but by no means one of the better ones.
