A Memorable Business Stay Thanks to the Exceptional Team at Westin Hotel Panzhou

The Breakfast was awesome and catered for every taste. There were a lot of fresh foods and cooked options available. Marco Xu at the Concierge desk went more than the extra mile in making our stay memorable and assisting with bookings for transport, river cruise, dinner and pointing us to shopping destinations.

It would've been nice if it had a outdoor pool. Maybe a rooftop pool with a bar as a relaxing area.

disappointing…. better hotels for half the price

location for the fair ground…. perfect!

seriously over priced…. service doesn’t meet the price charged . phone translation at check in ! sorry but I thought it was meant to be a 5 star hotel. main restaurant, doesn’t matter how you order …. it will get mixed up ! Japanese restaurant on the top floor…. very poor standard of service….. ridiculously over priced!

Superb

Excellent location for Canton fair IF you would like to be in walking distance to the fair. But the hotel is not located in the city center, so not close to vibey areas or restaurants. Breakfast is also very over-priced, especially over the fair period. But all in all, it suited us perfectly and we loved the location to the Canton complex. Room was outstanding in terms of space and comfort. Hotel staff very friendly and accommodating.

Breakfast is over-priced.
