L’hitel e’ fronte lago e questo sicuramente fa la differenza . Camera bellissima , spaziosa con due balconi che si affacciano sul lago ho visto una delle più belle albe della mia vita . Colazione eccellente, staff professionale e cordiale . L’ hotel è a pochi passi da ristoranti e negozi . Esperienza bellissima ci torneremo sicuramente

Die Nähe zum Zentrum und Strand sind sehr gut! Der Service war auch prima! Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage mit Fahrservice für 6 Euro pro Tag ist unschlagbar. Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und lecker!

Old Building but nice. Directly in the center and the lake. Parking is not easy but the hotel offers a garage with shuttle service. Great balcony for sitting and watching the tourists

The day we arrived was some kind of marathon, road to hotel was closed, hotel staff didnt inform us, even though they knew
Our car was parked not far from hotel, and we got ticket for 60€, just because of this misscommunication from hotel, was bad news for the first day
Hotel parking is not for free, even baby cot is not for free, but in the booking it was mentioned (baby can stay for free), but where baby supposed to sleep? On the floor?
Massage was amazing, but (!!!!) i couldnt move my head for one week (tomorrow is day 8, I still feel pain) my neck is destroyed, and i just wanted to relax at massage
It would be nice if we have some water bottles in our room for free, i thinks this level hotel has to provide it

The breakfast was excellent, fresh fruit and a large selection of bread and spread. The room was large and had a nice view. Internet stable and fast enough for video calls. Welcome drink in the bar is also a nice gesture.
Staff clearly is not comfortable speaking English. It's an Italian wide thing, but in such a premium place you would expect the hotel to recruit people that speak English on a good level.

The personnel of the hotel was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. They dealt with all the requests immediately and efficiently. The breakfast was excellent, the location of the hotel just ideal. It was a wonderful experience to stay there

not clarity on services: both in booking and website there is the indication of a fitness area which was not there… then the access to the spa is with additional cost and it was not mentioned. the facility was definitely not 4star and it was very cold. the door could close properly…

Superb location of the hotel, right in the old town in the pedestrian zone, close to cafes & restaurants. Family room has a beautiful view to marina and was comfortable for a family of 4. Great breakfast selection. The personnel is very attentive and flexible to the guests' requests. Wonderful spa facilities with sauna, steam bath, jacuzzi and salt water pool - very private and relaxing atmosphere

The aircon didnt work. We stayed in a very very tiny room. After 1 night of very high temperatures we asked for another room. This aircon also didnt work but the room was twice the size. So we took it. The lady in charge really did her best.the aircon people was on site the whole day but coudnt fix it. Its an old hotel so one must understand .

Perfectly situated. Views were lovely, room comfortable and plenty of storage.
Sheets were changed and beds made daily, but a little surprised that toiletries and toilet rolls were not replenished as needed, nor were the tea and coffee making supplies.

Best location in Dzesenzano - directly on the main square in front of the Garda lake!
An old hotel with history, but needs a little renovation. Rooms are comfortable, but also with light marks of time and usage.
A good diversity of food for breakfast, which is not typical for Italy and a fast service.
Special thanks to reception team, they are doing their best to satisfy guests.
The hotel might need a light cosmetic repair of rooms.
