The welcome we got from John was great - made us feel right at home straight away. The apartment was bright, modern and clean and had the best equipped kitchen we've ever had in a holiday rental (chopping knives that are actually sharp!). The bathroom was modern and clean, the washing and drying machines were useful, and the separate toilet was handy for a family of 4! The heated pool was a nice bonus (even in winter the kids were happy to play in it most evenings). It was perfectly located just a minute's walk to the beach and associated bars and cafes too.

Well... the view from the balcony wasn't very exciting, but we didn't pay for (or ask for) a nice view... so it was in line with what we expected. No complaints at all (we actually enjoyed having dinner on the balcony most evenings).

Firstly, Louise and her husband were so wonderful! We arrived with a lovely greeting from them, were advise of where to go for dinner, breakfast, walks etc and if we even just wanted to chat we could go and see them or call them at any time, they were absolutely wonderful and very accommodating for us with a baby. Secondly the location is amazing, central to everything that you could possibly need and even a busier suburb of caloundra was only a 15min walk away which was gorgeous along the boardwalk. And last but not least the apartment was great. It has everything we needed, lots of natural light, fans in every room, a gorgeous bathroom with amazing shower and a deep tub and the apartment was really clean and tidy. The pool was also wonderful with lots of seating and a nice big table and BBQ for socialising, wish we could have stayed longer to make the most of it all.

The position of the property was excellent. Cafes, the beach, the seaside pool and the bus stop were all within an easy walk. The apartment was comfortable and stocked with all that is likely to be needed on holiday. The pool was clean and well designed for easy access.

Unfortunately the remote controlled garage assigned to our apartment was too small for our SUV but we could still park on the property in one of two visitors parks.

Superbly located only a very short walk from Kings Beach, Lindomare Apartments are a great and value-for-money location for families to stay in Caloundra. The Apartment had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, and our daughter enjoyed the pool facilities. Off street parking is available and easy to access.

The water in the shower were a bit hard. Was very hard to stop the water flooding the floor.

property is a great location to the surf club and cafes of Kings Beach our unit was clean and provided all that we needed for our stay. on-site managers are great, responsive and very helpful

all floors are accessed by stairs it’s not an issue but worth noting for others

Location central, easy walk to beach. A little further to main shopping area but still easily done. Unit had all amenities needed with outside balcony. Louise & John very helpful & friendly. Went beyond our expectations with a car available & even drove us to Brisbane airport.

Close to beach, clean, staff were great

Reviews said spacious accommodation, but our apartment was tiny (11).

Great location and very helpful ,friendly building managers. Rides available to and from the airport. Very walkable and close to the beach.

We have nothing to complain about

Great central location - walking distance to everything we needed. Clean and fresh unit. Reasonably quiet and peaceful area even though it was school holidays. Helpful staff.

There was an overpowering chlorine smellin the stairwell from people using the pool. Also the plates and cutlery were dusty.

John was very helpful and assisted us with keeping cold food cold during period between check out and leaving Caloundra. The Unit was well placed, we enjoyed family time, having booked two units and the whole experience was very good. Thank you for looking after us so well.
