Amazing location and views. The staff was excellent. Very friendly and willing to assist with anything. Great value and will definitely return.

Location was good. Handy to everything. Dennis, the property manager was very helpful.

We lost hot water that required a plumber to come out after the 2nd time it ran out & replace a faulty valve. The info in the apartment booklet was incorrect ie dial 100 for office was suppose to be 101 but neither worked. Tap in ensuite shower dripped. I reported it on our last day. The insinkerator was replaced & the replacement leaked as well. Climbing into the bathtub can be hazardous as there is only a foot stool to help with the entry & exit. A fixed step would be better.

I did not start holiday with a full roll of toilet paper when I rang to ask for more, I was told people only got a starter pack but if I went down I would be given a new role. I'm disabled and find walking hard that causes ne lots of pain. I mentioned my disability when I joked the apartment, they must not of wrote this down otherwise they would have brought the toilet roll up. I was not supplied any dish washing liquid or washing machine powder. The microwave was very old and ran hotter when using to cook. Also I was informed the swimming pool was not working due to trees being cut down, But was NOT TOLD there would be machinery operating every single day that was so noisy it was incredibly intrusive. If I had known that I would have booked a different rime.

The weather was great and we all had a good time the pool is unheated and dose not get much sun so the water was to cold to swim it was still ok. we would stay again if we went back

There was noticeable signs of dampness. A dehumidifier and replacing curtains might be worth considering. Just a thought. Overall it was very comfortable and homely. Thank you.
