The hostal is very clean. Breakfast is good and sufficient, when there is early tour they prepare a breakfast kit for you. Nayira is responsible for the hostel and she is awesome. She helped us booking all of our tours in San Pedro with her experience and also a competitive price. I would 100% recommend this hostel.

Very cold during the night. No source of heating. First day we had some ham for breakfast, after that it disappeared. Sandwich only with cheese.

I had an excellent stay. The hostel is clean, well managed and perfect for a trip to San Pedro de Atacama. The breakfast is excellent, and they even made me a to-go bag on the morning I was unable to make breakfast because of a tour.

They provide breakfast and if you need to leave early for tours, they will pack your breakfast, you just need to pick up from the kitchen. Friendly staff, will help you arrange and book tours and transport.

Great place to stay. Nayira is super kind and helpful. If you are leaving early, you get a great little snack pack to take along as breakfast. Every morning the commonly shared showers and bathrooms were cleaned, so everything was always clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Francisco the owner went out of his way to help me after I had been robbed at the Santiago airport. And Nayira his office manager also.

Truly wonderful and helpful staff!! We don’t normally books tours through hostels but in this case we’re very happy we did as San Pedro’s huge number of tour agencies is overwhelming. All the tours we booked through the hostel were fantastic. The hostel was very easy to connect with via WhatsApp in advance of arrival. Good breakfast and great outdoor sitting area. Common areas were always very clean.

WiFi connectivity in our room was poor but it was usually acceptable in the common spaces.

It was very clean, it was nice to get a snack package if your tour started early. The rooms were nice.

The doors of the rooms were closing very hard. Everybody that comes to this town has plenty of tours planned, so there is a lot of movement from 4:30-5:00 in the morning. You have to sleep with your window open to get some fresh air, so basically you don’t sleep long ;) The breakfast could start from 7:00, with our schedule we could not enjoy even once the pancakes or eggs.

I would give a 10+ to the owner, she really did everything for the guests to have a good stay. Staff at the breakfast were also very friendly. Clean hostel with a good kitchen.

Next time I would book a single room, because many guests arrive late and have to wake up early for the tours, and it’s a bit difficult to sleep. But that’s how it is in all the hostels in SPA. The beds and pillows could be more comfortable, but I’m still happy with my stay.

The room and the bathroom are both pretty clean. I can choose to have room cleaned everyday or not. I had hot water to take shower whenever I needed. The things I love the best: staff have been super helpful and caring! I asked Nayira to book all the tours for me. I was not sure about if the quality of the tours and if I paid more than necessary. But after I arrived, I loved the 7 tours from Atacama Magic, which is the travel agent they work with and I think it's the top travel agent from my experience with them. And the price is very fair and I even got discount as I booked 1 or 2 weeks before the peak season. And the host provided me breakfast box for free when I had to go out early for tours. The facilities in the shared kitchen and living room are good. I used the microwave, mugs, and plates. And it's very safe place. On my last day, I needed to check out, go out for a tour and come back to wait for the shuttle bus to the CJC airport. The host told me to leave my luggage in the shared space. I did so and no issue. The location is also good, close to the center of the town. Overall, I'm impressed by the nice and supportive staff here! Highly highly recommended!

Outside my room, there is a public outdoor area with table, chairs and hammock. Sometimes I could hear people talking there when I tried to go the bed. Would be ideal if the host enforces after 10 pm quiet hour rule for the public outdoor area.

Everything was great during my stay here. The hostel is very clean, the breakfast is great and the owners Nayira and Rodrigo were very nice and went above and beyond to answer all my questions and take care of my needs. One of the best hostel experience I've ever had.
