Silent in the night, clean room, warm room, very fair price

Creaky doors in the room. Closing doors without noise impossible.

Silent, but nit far away from city of Sokolov

The rooms are great. Fridge and equipment more than I expected at the rates charged. Even if your just passing through on business, this place offers lots in the evening to un wind.

Bar staff could not speak Czech.

Nice & simple single with attractive rate of €30 per night (without breakfast) The room has 2 windows direction Northwest - isn't hot during summer time. The area us after 10:00 pm very quite and therefore is sleeping in this room very good.

No issues found during my stay.

Chickens in the yard

Didnt know english at all, and no menus in english. Not a lot in breakfast. Other than that we enjoyed.

The room lacked a wardrobe or at least a hanger or hangers. Due to the focus on children, we were surprised by the absence of cocoa or chocolate at breakfast.

The Farm is great!! Has huge parking and a place to store your bycicles. This place is like a small heaven.. It's so nice decorated, water running, small pond with fish, so green, flowers everywhere and bunnies running around 🙂the farm has goats, chickens, pigs and many bunnies. It also has a Caffe, restaurant and other shops, like Woodshop etc. The room was bit renovated and good size, bigger than normal hotel rooms. Staff is also very friendly and helpful 🙂

The curtains should be of some dark color or have drapes as well because when the sun comes up the light wakes you up. But you are at a farm so maybe you should wake up from 6 :p overall we really enjoyed our stay

Ideal for families with kids - workshops, animals, playgrounds. Great restaurant

Room in attic - very uncomfortable & even dangerous due to roof construction built in the floor. Easy to trip and not far from getting injured.
