Convenient location near Kuirau Park. Spacious and has all the things you need in the kitchen and a powerful aircon.
Quite old decor and need of an update. The tap in the kitchen wasn't fitted properly and leaked. Parking was challenging in the tight spaces allocated for each unit

Couldnt use the heated pool due to the cold weather.

The pool was wonderful. And the location is ideal.
It only had a two-seater couch which isn’t suitable for 2 adults and 2 children.

great location . quiet neighborhood close to Hamilton Gardens . staff made sure i had what i needed. had their own private imineral baths.

loved the mineral pool, main pool and spa. location was close to town and surprisingly quiet
slight ring around the spa pool...it didnt stop me from using it though. The room wasnt vacuumed or my bed wasnt made when the room was made up on the Saturday but i didnt say anything

It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots and pans.
There was Sky TV available for evening entertainment
The hotel felt dated but everything worked.
We were going to use the hot tub but it didn't look very inviting.

Was good location to hospital
The people in the room next door were fighting and and the units next door to motel the people were on the piss with there music up the staff at the motel were rude asking what time we going and still had like 2hours to check out the bed was horrible and the pillows

Great location close to city centre but quiet. Old but well maintained. We were upgraded to a 2-bedroom unit, so plenty of room for the two of us.
Double bed was comfortable but up against a wall so was a bit awkward to get in and out of

Loved the space and privacy of our 2 bedroom, and the mineral pools and heated swimming pool enjoyable.
Small maintenance items like a fan for bathroom ventilation, Better cleaning of the oven / stove, but does impact our overall rating

Owners went the extra mile to get mineral spa pools up and running again, due to blockage, within good time 👍🏻

The beds & pillows were comfortable. The unit was spacious.the outdoor heated pool & mineral pools were a great addition.the staff were so lovely and welcoming.sky tv was an added bonus. The rooms were warm.

The Motel in general is very nice. The pool is heated and there are two mineral pools (tubes) available but be aware, they are really hot (42° / 45° Celsius).
The beach is a little walk away and also the bars / stores are in walking range.
The bed was at least for us quite too soft and as always, it could happen that if you are not a good (deep) sleeper, the noisy fridge can become a little annoying once in a while.
