К сожалению ничего не понравилось(

Очень грязно, грубый персонал, сервиса нет совсем. Кухня не шведский стол 5 звездного отеля, а столовая с огромной очередью. Отель презентовал себя, как семейный для детей кроме мини диско на 30 мин ничего не было. В детском клубе время сна детей не учитывает в режиме работы. В меню детского ничего не было. Зато есть мороженое за деньги, кукуруза и вата, т.е. все что ребенок захочет чтобы ему купили. За банальной пепси или фанта нужно стоят в очереди в баре вместе с теми кто заказывает себе коктейли. На просьбу молочного коктейля для ребенка, получила гениальный напиток молоко с апельсиновым соком (сочетание как вам?). Самое интересное на мою жалобу так никто и не отозвался(((

room started leaking from the rain all clothes were sagging wet, frustrated that they only offered to change room, no offer to laundry clothes for free or anything, we even had to move everything ourselves over to other room

Food spread was extensive and had some variety over the days, food was available throughout the day. kids activities- the kids disco and kids club, the view from the hotel was beautiful

The bedding quality- beds were basic spring not the comfortable materials for bedsheets and blankets. None of the outdoor pools were temperature controlled, so all of them were empty and the only warm indoor pool was crowded.

I'm leaving this review for others who plan to visit this five-star hotel based on the photos. Our trip to Turkey was our first. We specifically selected 5 stars. As it turns out, we wanted to know if there were 7 or 8 stars (if that is what five looks like). Let's start with the positive. Staff. People are treated normally by the employees. There is a doctor nearby. On the slides, there is personnel on duty. Sea There is a long pier from which to leap (lifeguard on call). There are a lot of sun loungers. Pools The main pool is fairly large and not crowded at all.

Now let's talk about what needs to be improved. Food A wide range of meals is available, although it is cooked using terrible ingredients. Heartburn medicines were purchased at the local pharmacy after the second day of stay. We were given another week of digesting after we departed the hotel. The food is the first item that has to be changed. Rooms We had a two-bedroom family room, which from the images appeared to be enough. However, it turned out to be a spacious room with a variety of beds and sofas (6 beds and 2 couches), as well as outdated equipment and fittings. Because of the amount of dust pouring out of the air conditioner, we were scared to turn it on. Cleaning Room cleaning consists of sweeping the dirt from the rooms using a rag. The balcony was unclean and seems to be cleaned just once a week (or not cleaned at all). Facilities The hotel itself looked to be pretty old (although it appeared to have been built in the 2000s). It seemed like the hotel owners do not believe the visitors would return.

Your male staff's behavior. Very disrespectful, insensitive, corrupt to the core and lethargic. Specially to mention here is a person, on front desk, named Wedat. He is hardly a human. He kept us waiting for an hour for no reason at all. He misbehaved and threatened the guests. There is no CRM of the hotel. If it has then this CRM is nowhere to be seen and deserves to be in a dustbin. I kept asking the staff to guide me where can I complain against Wedat. No one had an idea. They said Wedat is almost an owner here. He is the authority. If you book a room and send them guest details, they will deliberately miss out entering name of a guest in their system. When you reach there, they will ask for extra charges of missed out guest. It is a normal routine as I heard it from many other guests. I had sent them names of 5 guests including a 3 year old kid. They deliberately had missed out the eldest of my kids and asked for 250 Euros extra. Since you will be tired upon reaching the hotel for check-in, they deliberately make you wait to tire you up further and make your kids more hungrier. Then they will suddenly tell you to pay this much extra money for additional guest. You will show them messages that I had sent names of all guests. But the receptionist will say that unfortunately they didn't receive all the guest names. They will blame booking.com. They will blame their data entry staff. Be ware of these CHEATS!!!!!!!! Owner's contact number or email must be readily available to guests to enable them provide owners with a first hand knowledge of what is happening in their hotel. Since I couldn't find a single right person to complain about front desk male guys, I had to call police for protection. It is 6 days now and I haven't received any call or email from Management so far. How corrupt and dilapidated this whole hotel's structure is.
