a pesar de tener el aviso en la puerta de no molestar, la señora de logística abrió la puerta. Las señoras de logística tocan la puerta muy temprano, tipo 6 de la mañana ya están verificando para organizar la habitación.

Location and rooms!

We loved staying there. Like the location.

The room was very comfortable with a nice bathroom and very comfortable bed. Quiet as well.

It was a bit cold but we were able to use a portable heater. The room did not get cleaned one day and after mentioning this to the reception they were not very responsive or helpful to this and they we had to insist on them at least bringing us some clean towels. They bar is very dark and gloomy and breakfast is not worth taking it in the hotel. Plenty of nice places around in the neighborhood

the beds were very comfortable and the location was good. not too easy to get to the city centre but in a nice safe location. there were nice restaurants in the area though.

the pool area was not impressive, a bit small.

The location was excellent for the purpose of my visit. The bed was awesome as well and room in general very spacious and comfortable. Also, Leidy, the girl who cleaned the room was lovely and took care of any little detail I asked her for.

Sigh. Perhaps my review might be a bit biased as I live a block away from a doubletree in Costa Rica and their breakfast and facilities are AMAZING. Let's start: Breakfast: the first day was great. Afterwards I ended up having breakfast at the nearby cafés (Brot and Cafe 18). The scrambled eggs were runny and not properly cooked, the waffles and pancakes were awfully cold and tasted like egg whites. Coffee was great though. But overall, considering the ridiculous amount I was paying, the breakfast was unacceptable. Pool: I chose this hotel because the one in Costa Rica is like a second home to me, and because I wanted a pool and not many hotels in Bogota have a pool. Turns out the pool is like a kids pool, the water is not enough for you to swim in, it's very hot and the worst part: you have to wear a swimming cap (mind you you can't even swim as the water level won't go above your thighs), and they have a safety guard staring at you all the time. I felt very uncomfortable being in such an enclosed space, being the only woman, and some guy sitting on a chair looking at me. I lasted no more than 10 minutes and left, never went back. I actually wanted to check out after that and go to a much cheaper location but they had already charged my card and it was a load of money (by Colombian standards). Tips to the cleaning girl: I left a tip after my 4th day, and it was a hefty one (encompassing all 4 days). I Continously communicated with Leidy through the notepad and she was incredibly polite and sweet, which is why I thought it was weird that she didn't leave a thank you note after my tip. A few days later I saw her and asked if she saw the tip. She seemed quite shocked and said she never saw any. The other person who had access to the room was the girl in charge of the mini bar.

I booked Exclusive but got basic room

The room was fantastic, perfect for a couple. The service provided by the restaurant staff was outstanding

Although the front desk service wasn’t bad at all, it didn’t feel as comfortable and personalized as those in the restaurant. Plus, I wanted to keep one of the bathrobes, but I wasn’t allowed to, although I was willing to pay for it (I was told that I couldn’t keep it due to lack of spare units)

The hotel lobby is nice the staff is friendly

The rooms are very basic felt like i was in a holiday inn not a doubletree also the entrance of the hotel was on the side of the street and not on the main street or where the uber dropped us off
