È stato tutto bello, il luogo, la struttura, l’appartamento, le amache per tutta la struttura, il panorama e quell’arietta piacevole per la pennichella nel pomeriggio la vicinanza al mare, la navetta che ci accompagnava al mare e ci veniva a riprendere con un solo colpo di telefono, la padrona di casa davvero gentile e disponibile, Raffaele un tesoro, simpatico e instancabile! Ci ritornerò sicuramente! Spero al più presto!

Forse la doccia mi ha infastidito un po’, litigavo con il soffione che buttava acqua ovunque tranne che giù, e con le porte, ma niente di orribile insomma. Poi le zanzare, ma sono comprese nel pacchetto, niente che un paio di piastrine vape non possano rimediare.. 😃

Studio sehr gut eingeteilt, separates Schlafzimmer. Terrasse grosszügig. Mückenschutz an allen Fenstern und Türen. Sehr ruhig in der Vorsaison. Freundliches Personal. Saubere Anlage. Austattung in der Küche karg, aber ausreichend.

Spülmittel und Seife selber mitbringen, denn es gibt nichts.

Great location with a nice view of the seaside, very close to Vieste and with great services like transportation to the beach every 10minutes and a nice swimming pool with a tennis court next to it. The apartments are new and comfortable.

The aircon missing in the apartments but with 35 degrees as max temperature during the day we were OK.

This family run aparment hotel is located on top of a hill looking out over the water. Our apartment had a great layout with a full view off the sea. They have an excellent shuttle service to and from the beach 5 min away. And the son that greeted us when we arrived and drove us to the beach, was so attentive and sweet. Thank you for a nice stay!

The pool is not open all day, and you have to wear a bathing cap.

Its a very nice and cultivated facility with a 20m pool and the location on the hill with the view is gorgeous. The apartment itself with 2 separated sleeping rooms was big enough and not typical for Italy the oversized shower. The missing AC like mentioned in other posts wasnt a problem as there is most of the time a breeze on the hill and its cooling down in the night. So with the installed fly screens we slept with open windows and very good. There are nearby 3 supermarkets which are reachable within 5 minutes by bike. Its a 15min walk to the nearest beach Molinella and there is a shuttle service available. We didnt use it cause we visited beside this one also a lot of them around Vieste and most of them are very nice. After 2 visits in Vieste i personally recommend Lido Delfino on the Spiaggia di Portonuovo where the complete package which was offered was the best.

It would have been a absolutely perfect place beside 2 things we recognized during our visit: 1) Beside the offered equipment there was nothing else there at the arrival. Means. As every guest is buying some basic stuff like salt, pepper, coffee, etc. and is not completely using it my guess is that they remove absolutely everything after departure. I never had this in Italy before. We also bought some additional glasses, knife, etc. Even as there are also no dishtowels there we had to buy them. So you have to take absolutely basic things also with you. 2) The staff at the beach bar i had never the feeling that they have fun with their job. Personally i had always the feeling that i am a disorder of their day. Maybe they are different to Italians but it was like this. Also as my daughter liked some fired potatoes at 2pm they were looking at me like i am an alien and asked me how i came on that idea as they wouldnt start the fryer.

Nice view of the sea from the terrace.

The cottage was a bit dated as was the park. Also our cottage was very noisy as we could here our neighbours talk and snore.
