The property is beautiful and well kept. The staff is friendly and helped us plan for the best place to watch the Tour de France. The room was spacious and clean. The location is right across the street from the town center with many bars and restaurants. The included onsite parking was a huge bonus.
There was no AC in the room, but we knew this when booking.

wonderful staff, delicious breakfast and dinner, top location (right next to kids’ ski school and the ski lift, lots of rental options and restaurants), amazing spa and pool, everything you want from an Alpine hotel

I do like everything about this property, and definitely we will be back.Very beautiful room, friendly professional staff.
Very Central Location with a beautiful view. Excellent service, facility, Sauna, garage and storage for ski equipment. Tasty breakfast for all family.
Because I do like to have a cup of coffee in the morning before my breakfast I would suggest having a better coffee machine in the room. The hotel does provide a coffee machine in the room but in my room, it did not work properly and we were not able to use it. The coffee in the restaurant for breakfast was good.

Breakfast was superb. The kitchen is top notch. We have tested the surroundings as well at night, but there is no comparison.

The location was perfect, staff were amazing, attentive and very helpful. We had a beautiful view of the slopes with access straight to the Morzine/Les Gets gondola or the ‘Fun Train’ which stops right outside the hotel and takes you directly to the Portes Du Soleil ski area.
The spa was amazing with pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Afternoon tea was provided everyday with a lovely selection of cakes and pastries, tea, coffee or hot chocolate. The dinner was also amazing, a brilliant buffet starter, choice of 3 mains, a cheese course and dessert with a great selection of wines!

Friendly greeting and helpful staff. Lovely room, lots of space. Super breakfast and good procedures around CV19. Ample towels on request and comfy beds with super view. Help with laundry much appreciated.
Good value for money, nothing to suggest here.
