That was very humid room in old building with not the best staff. Breakfast was the worst I ever had. No plates, no spoons, rotten yogurts and dirty tables. Really poor choice of food.

Bed and room OK

Shower and extra towels were not supplied on Sunday when there is no room service. The Breakfast was very poorly supplied and the coffee was repeatedly made with the same coffee batch only added water. The taste was poor. The bread on Sunday was dried out and not fresh. No meats only cheese, fruits and yogurts, and muesli.

We stayed in this hotel during the trip to Spain. Hotel is perfectly located close to the motorway and there are bars close to it. The only problem is that the check-in was possible from 5 pm only. When you arrive earlier you have to wait.

The beds were comfortable. The room was silent despite being close to highway and main roads.

The corridors and rooms stank of fresh paint. The hotel should have notified the guests of recent renovations and possible discomfort, especially since such strong paint odour can be harmful to health. Renovations should be either done and fully finished when the hotel is closed or be perfomed in such a way that parts of the object are not affected by even the slightest smell, noise etc.

Nothing.We were not welcomed at all.I advised that we were coming later than scheduled and we had lot of difficulties with their 'Borne' The lady in charge was very roughand told us that if the Borne wasn't working it was surely that we didn't pay. We had the proof from the mail received but still she remained rude and we waited until 2 am to have access in our room.The next morning we were at the cafette for the breakfast and there was nothing. Another lady who was acting as front office clerk as well as cleaner and mini chef for the breakfast with a smile told us at 09.30 that they had drop ins without reservation and sorry nothing left.OMG we were stunned and very deceived as my partner is a member of 'Le club Accor ' and he strongly recommended me to book our trip to Besancon at an Ibis

Everything. Very poor furniture, smelly walls. I didn’t feel safe here not for a second. Someone tried to intrude my room around 11pm. When the door was opening and light came in me and my dog woke up and got scared! My dog started barking I started screaming and the intruder ran away. It was a nightmare never happened to me before. Never ever choose this place! Unsafe hidden parking spot. Poor receptionist only speaking French. As soon as it got light in the early morning we left the room the quickest we could. The most horrible experience ever.
