fantastic service and great communication. all members of staff made my mothers stay very easy and convenient. room service and breakfast was great also.

Clean and lovely atmosphere. All details thought out well and the rooms were nice and modern. The pool was a lovely and clean. Gym/ massage services were good. Plenty of food choices.

Hotel had an ironing room which I wasn’t a fan of as it wasn’t convenient having to leave the room to do ironing. Security is great but a little over the top! The car gets checked thoroughly and then all bags get scanned as well as x-ray body machines. These aren’t great for kids and a lot of hassle- especially since security staff weren’t very helpful. Although most staff were helpful, compared to other hotels during our stay we found that the hotel staff werent very understanding or helpful towards having a baby and helping meet needs e.g the cafe didn’t allow hot milk to be ordered downstairs (it had to be ordered in the room etc) .

Excellent room decor with comfy bed. Especially mentioned front office staff Rameeza and Jennifer for their professionalism and soft demeanor resulting in seamless check in and check out.

Room services was not good

The three front desk stars Aiman, Jennifer and Hameed are the main reason that I book stays at the property. The room service staff were also very helpful and polite.

The rooms, especially the washrooms, need an uplift. Also very limited TV channels with poor reception.

Repair and maintenance wasn't up to the mark

Had an awful experience from start to finish. Arrived just before 8pm and no porter around to take our luggage in. We were told to leave the luggage in the car park area and someone will collect it. Once we got our rooms, we went to see them and the first room absolutely stunk of cigarettes, so much so that we had to walk out of the room. After complaining, a member of staff said he would try and air it out by opening all the doors and windows and putting ac on full blast. It took almost 3hrs for the room to become bearable. This meant we couldn't use our room until nearly 11pm! Then at breakfast the staff were inattentive and uninterested in providing any decent level of service. Simply getting a cup of tea became a challenge, it took 3 attempts to get a round of hot tea! All of this in just a 1 night stay at PC Rawalpindi. This is not what you expect from a hotel chain of this calibre.
