The staff were superb- always there to help you with local advice and booking taxis. The rooms were comfortable and had everything you needed.
An excellent position in the Blue area of Islamabad with quality restaurants within easy walking distance
Being an established hotel over a number of years, all taxi drivers know exactly where it is.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable.
I was missing more selection for breakfast. There was no fruit and not more of vesten breakfast. The staff was really bad to help with a rent car with driver. The staff never say hello, especially the guard. When u cheak in, there was no one to help with luggage.

I'm Chinese. First time live here. This is a good place which is next to shopping mall. The receptionist WHO is named Fatima is a beautiful kindly warm-hearted girl.and Bell boy WHO is called Muhammad Qadeer is very friendly and nice man. Love them

Love the staff, they were fantastic. Love the a/c in the room, love the bathroom sink.
The whole hotel could use a little renovation, it was old. Design looked like it hasn't changed from the 70s. Also, walls were thin, and so many children everywhere running and screaming and hitting the elevator buttons at all hours. Least relaxing hotel I've been in unfortunately.

Everything. An amazing stay. Hotel is at a very high standard. The staff were fantastic. A very warm welcome and very hospitable. Easy check in and very safe and secure. Clean and comfortable bed with hot shower. Excellent facilities with strong AC. They really helped us with the luggage storage as we had two big suitcases. Excellent location in the centre and a big mall close by. Fantastic value for money. We will stay again if in Islamabad.

Everything was perfect. We were really happy with the stay and mehtab at front desk and muhammad qadir was so helpful and made the stay even more pleasant and made sure our stay was comfortable. Definitely recommend it to other people. Was worth a stay and enjoyed our stay here.

Specialy Fatima from front desk was really caring and sweet.
Everyone from gate keeper to bell boy to night receptionist and cleaning staff Mr Imran was kind.
Need renovation and a loung area to hang around.

There was lots of noise in the hallway from other customers. Kids were running around screaming to late night. I understand there's little the hotel could do about it but there should've been some action.

Second time staying here, everything was upto the mark specially the ambiance.
Will definitely choose to stay again.
The morning buffet items were way too limited, need abit improvement.
