Nodig aan een renovatie toe. Vloerbedekking in kamers en gangen vies. In de kamer ruimt het bepaalde tijden naar de keuken, badkamer niet netjes meer, gebouw van buiten erg oud etc.

location is prime yet it’s a waste of money and the owner either it’s hashwanis or who ever need to take prompt action regarding the staff, management, decor and service everything is so bad it’s a worst than bhurban and Peshawar pc yet there is so much room for betterment and place like Lahore where there is no competition except for avari this place has to be fixed it’s a shame and bringing bad name to the owner and it’s name

attitude is very casual, mini bar was empty instead of reminding again and again to fill up the refrigerator they never bothered yet while checking out they kept on asking have you used minibar, I stayed at room 3772 and they were supposed to give me a double bed as mentioned in my booking which was confirmed it was noisy and the water never stopped running in WC, staff were dressed so casually and their uniform so dirty they are rude unprofessional and careless

The rooms are outdated and are not up to international standards. The carpets are dingy and need replacement ASAP. The waiter staff in the buffet and Nadia lounge are slow and not responsive.

The second room (after complaining about the extremely poor standards of the previous room).

The extremely poor standards of the first room allocated to us. Filthy/stained carpets, and stained duvets, filthy bathroom (in poor condition) cigarette burns on the furniture, and the room smelt heavily of cigarettes. We are non-smokers with a 3 year old child. When I called reception to complain of our disgust, they suggested an. air freshener would fix the situation. That's not what I wanted to pay for, having stayed with PC previously in Lahore and other locations in Pakistan, and coming over from Nishat -Johar Town, this was a real downgrade and huge disappointment.
