Support staff was quite accommodating, executive suit was spacious and clean. Mattress was comfortable. Pool facility was an extra fun for kids. And the way room service decorated their dolls each day, kids love it.

There should be two entrances, at times of rush it was difficult to reach elevator, and toilet ventilation can be improved.

The Rooms were nice clean and decent and the staff was quite decent and supportive.

The Washroom shower and LCDs need upgradation. The Restaurant needs much improvement as well.

The rooms were quite spacious and clean. The aesthetics in the reception were more towards Pakistan style, but within the rooms itself, it was more like European style. Every room offered plenty of privacy. They also had a closed (indoor) in swimming pool. The hotel staff was very understanding and accommodating with the last-minute requests. Definitely the best breakfast from my whole trip to Pakistan. Good variety of options (Spiy and mild/international and Pakistani). The location was quite good, with plenty of parking and close to the food streets. However, if hoping to explore more, I would recommend renting a car.

The overall experience was amazing, the staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. Everything was as described in the add and it was a very comfortable stay. Would highly recommend it.

toilets were not properly clean. Shower was no good. No water in summing pool. I selected this hotel when I saw 5 stars on google. But after look at the room and hotel. it looks like 3 star hotel.

The rooms are truly outstanding considering the price. Fixtures are all high quality, everything is solid and made to last. Beds are great, and the room itself has everything you could need. Soundproofing is fantastic and this makes such a difference as you don't hear anything from adjoining rooms which is not always the case at other hotels.

No balcony, but to be fair there's not much of a view outside so pointless really.

The most hospitable staff, clean rooms, very good breakfast.
