Lovely and clean

Welcoming comfort, everything we needed to rest and recover. Close to the mall and a massive selection of food, takeaway or dine in. I will be back as long as there is room.

Scratchy couch that we counteracted with the throw at the end of the bed. Please note this is just a comment to fill the box. Not a suggestion to replace the couch due to my sensitive skin. Lol!

Loved the Spa, really relaxing and nice, private rooms, bed was comfortable.

The $250 bond requirement was not clearly defined or outlined on Booking.com under the "Hotels Policies" section so I was stunned when I received the message advising us of this. I understand it is a preventative measure and don't mind paying a bond, it's the shock of being advised AFTER booking a non refundable room etc. Then having to wait 4 days to have the bond refunded is a bit of a bugger too, if paid by EFTPOS/Cash it should be credited via EFTPOS/cash, one would think. The Heavy Wrought Iron furniture is a right pain to kick your little toe on too! Otherwise we had a lovely stay.

The room was comfortable and warm.The spa bath Was a luxury which we enjoyed.There we’re all the facilities we needed in the room and the host was helpful and friendly.
