Comfortable Bed. Quiet.

No information pack in the room. Towels were not very big or soft. Step down from shower a bit precarious when wet. No table other than the desk. We had breakfast included with our room and were told breakfast was from 6.30am - 8am. As breakfast is served until 10am in the dining room this was a little unfair for those of us on holiday.

Very old pictures. When we arrived there was construction work going on as we were staying over the weekend we asked would this continue answer was yes from 9am till 4pm should have been told this information before considering to book there or some kind of discount applied. No aircon in the room only a fan supplied. No extractor fan in the bathroom very old worn-out furniture not what you would expect from a room labelled as a one bedroom suite costing over $400.00. Old lifts barely any staff bar closed very early when we checked in we were told the hotel was not booked out so could park in a number of places yet our room was placed 2 doors down from the construction area. Room was not nice didn't have a nice feel to it and remote for tv had flat batteries. We had added the Buffet breakfast to our booking and it was the poorest buffet I have ever had. Scrambled eggs were like soup very runny the baked beans were the same the bacon was dry and brunt bread was fozen in the middle had to ask twice for more food and staff didn't bother to rush. General public area lifeless and not welcoming. Would have happily left but no refund for room and for that amount we stayed father than pay more money for another motel only reason we stayed there but never again.

The location was amazing for attending our end of year function. We were able to walk to dinner and didn't need to worry about having a drink, as we didn't have to drive back.

The breakfast was fine and the property wasn't too expensive and central.

The little things make all the difference. The bathroom wasn't that clean (someone else's hair on the floor and in the shower), the receptionist hadn't even ironed their shirt and the thig that really annoyed me was that the manager tried to charge me $10 to send my driver's license (that I left in the room accidentally) to me. You'd think an evelope and stamp wouldn't be worth the poor review.

Location of the room was a long way from the lifts. My sister has slight mobility issues.

A/h check in was easy. Relly comfy bed/pillows.

The shower hadn't been cleaned and had someone elses hair all over it. I was pretty happy with everyting else untill I showered in the morning...

Sorry - this time around a real disappointment

The room and booking did not match. The explanation provided from reception was all booking.com fault. Simply a feeble response and no customer service offered at all

Well located, walkable into town, to restaurants shops and supermarkets. Really friendly staff. Good internet. On site parking. Comfy bed.

Great location, a short walk to restaurants and mall. Rooms were very nice, bed was super comfortable.

The restaurant was closed due to lack of staff which was disappointing.

Room very good and well appointed. Restaurant a bit on restricted hours but we had no problem with food choice.

Only problem was the safe did not work. Only a minor problem. Still enjoyed the stay.

NO air conditioning!!!! It was like a sweat box! We had to order ice just to try and cool down! We had a fan that did nothing in the heat of the afternoon. Cool showers before bed were needed to just be able to get to sleep. The breakfast was terrible! I had to ask for my food to heated in a microwave as the hot food was stone cold! Selection was less than any other breakfast we had been too anywhere. Lady who checked us out was lacking customer service skills. Our stay was extremely disappointing and we couldn’t wait to leave. Thankfully we only booked one night and that was one night too many!
