Personale cortese. È successo un piccolo imprevisto ma è stato risolto in tempi brevissimi. Vicinanza al centro, facilità di parcheggio.

It’s very close to the city center, 2 mins walk to a bus stop, 15-19 mins walk to the Train station. And opposite the Hotel is a Tanking station to tank your cars. And parking I guess was free.

No welcome drink. Usually a bottle of water should have been given to Guest at arrivals considering the price and tax payments. My thinking tho!!!

Good price in a good location!

Ideally situated in a genuine neighborhood just a short walk from the historical center of Arezzo. The proprietor was extremely helpful and welcoming, and the room very clean and comfortable.

Had a good sleep. The staff was very friendly. The sheets were clean. Please note that this is very budget accommodation.

The toilet (high) and sink were for disabled people (although this was not stated anywhere, and we didn't need it). The smell in the room was of cigarettes, although I have to admit that we chose the 'anyway' option when choosing a smoking room (even though we don't smoke). The shower cabin is full of black fungus. But for the price, we survived one night.

The shared toilet is tricky as u need to press the button several times to get the water released.
