Zeer goede ligging

Location was great! Shopping & dining at doorstep.

Room for 3 pax 1) Pricey 2) Not enough space to hang parka/ jackets 3) cupboard space is too small to hang 3 people's parka/jackets, jeans, pyjamas n clothes! Although a hook is provided at wall full-length mirror, after hanging 1 or 2 items of clothes, cant see ourselves in mirror anymore for a last check before leaving the room or to do make up. 4) Lights in room is too deem. Need more lights!

The staff are not proficient in English. Difficulty in communication with the staff.

Location was very central

Shower was too strong & angle & height couldn’t be adjusted

虫がいなかったところ。 フロントの方が丁寧に対応してくれたことろ。 連泊で毎回シーツを替えてくれたこと。 部屋に荷物を置いて出かけても、盗難されなかったところ。

（カーテンに汚れがあったところ。）

for the price of the room it was a little basic. It was freezing when we arrived and they were pumping out aircon. It took the hotel a while but they did bring us up a heater. i liked the location. staff helped us book a taxi and made sure we got in the right one..... clean sheets...... not very cozy though......

The room was quite old and things needed a refresh I would suggest not flushing ANY toilet paper down the toilet even though they say you can flush small amounts - we had an embarrasng experience with a big job not flushing and a poor guy having to come and fix it! eeek!!! The lighting was horrible and it wasn't easy to put on make up. People being very loud in the middle of the night and shouting in the corridors at 4am.

リピーターです。ソウルの泊まりは、ココと決めています。 部屋をアップグレードして頂きました。 ペット水、ドライヤー、コーヒー、お茶、紙コップ、シャンプーなど　揃っています。 寝巻きが無い。歯ブラシ無い。スリッパが使い捨てじゃないのが、残念。 お気に入りのレストランが近くです。 参鶏湯、サムギョプサル、イザックトースト など近所で事足ります。 まあ、設備は、古いかな、特に空調が残念。 でも、次もココに泊まります。

これと言って無い。

Central location

Air freshener aggravated my allergies. But it’s ok.

The property has a very good location. Just a few steps away from Myeongdong Food Carts at night at so many good resto and shops around. Very conveniet indeed.

The electric sockets are not enough for guest esp for 3 people, some have loose thread as well that cannot be used. Though there is 1 area on the table that ha universal suckets that cam be used without the use of an adaptor.

地理位置佳,離樂天免稅店近,近明洞大街,飯店雖較舊,但客房內的硬體設施皆符合台灣旅客的需求,有適合台灣旅客用的插座,浴沐乳洗髮精皆有更新過,於2023年1月入住後有做了部份更新維護,客房樓層皆有飲水機方便旅客使用,二館也有自助式洗衣機,飯店人員服務態度佳,CP值很高的酒店,會再次入住

地理位置離樂天免稅店近、明洞大街近、近地鐵乙支路入口站、離大使館換錢所也近、重點飯店服務人員態度佳、各樓層有飲水機、有自助洗衣、吹風機很不錯、飯店雖有一定年齡、但有小整修、也有台灣旅客使用的電源插座、有餐廳可附加早餐、CP值高！

Emplacement , le calme au petit déjeuner

Chambre sombre, manque une table de nuit, salle de bain petite , deco à refaire, mauvaise climatisation

The location is convenient with lotsa shops, food and near subway stations.

The room was stuffy (29 degrees Celsius) and we couldn’t lower the temperature. There was no solution and we were given a fan instead. It did help a little.

ロケーション、スタッフさんの日本語対応は最高でした

家族向けの3ベッドルームだったので、隣の子供の騒ぎ声が聞こえて眠れない程でした。防音はしっかりとしていると思いますが、ホテル側の悪さというより、客さんのマナーの悪さですが。

There was something wrong with the lights. .we didn't able to turned off the lights during sleeping time and that was a little uncomfortable but the staff were good so ,it was okay. Not too bad .

Convenient and location

Terrible foods at such cost charged, not worth , limited choices and everyday same foods (we stayed four nights).Eastern Europe waiters only show smiling and say good morning to foreign customers, not Asian customers.

Nice location, rooms are clean and comfortable.

Can’t think of anything negative

Brearfast is Good. But need to change menu everyday. Thank you

Right in the bustling center of Myeongdong. You can't beat the location if this is the first time for you to visit Seoul and you want to do some shopping. There is a lovely cathedral nearby, which is a wonderful surprise.

The room is a bit tired, but all the facilities work well.
