Room was too small Bed was uncomfortable

Location to COEX very good!

The location was great. It was near COEX mall, a lot of restos around and about 10 mins walk to the train. We loved the bed too! The bed was so comfy!

It took a while for the room temperature to get adjusted. There was an instance when the room we had didn’t adjust and the room was getting hot. We called front desk about it and we couldn’t believe the person on the phone - she said to just leave the door open so it is not hot. We were shocked to hear that from someone in the hotel staff. Also when we were checking out we were asking about tax refund and they said they don’t do that in that hotel. We were disappointed because we were able to get a tax refund slip in the other hotels that we’ve stayed at.

Best location ,easy to reach from airport.

the bed was very comfortable. Toilet was very well equipped. Suggest to have channels for at least 2 Chinese channels & 2 kids channels :)

Location and cleanliness

Hotel sound proof not good, can hear upstairs walking or next door talking.

The room, staff and location in Gangnam was great. Surrounded by lots of cafes and restaurants. The Shower in the room was amazing!

We Could not figure out how to cool the room down. Even though the heating was off it was very hot. We tried turning the aircon on and didn't work. In the end opens the window which helped a little but was still a warm night. Bed was quite small... The Light next to the bathroom would turn on when it sensed movement so would like up the room when my husband went to the toilet in the early hours.

Personally I like to location. Close to COEX which has many shops and restaurants. It is a nice shopping mall but may not compare the the vibe of Myeongdong. However, the mall offers all brands which is enough for us. Hotel is well designed with good space planning. Staff are very nice and useful.

Double bed is too small for us.

I like that there is airport bus transport station right opposite the hotel. The subway station is also a short walking distance from the hotel. I like the hotel room, clean and comfortable.

I like the location: just across city airport terminal and across hyundai department store and coex with starfield library and several halal restaurant (Kervan turkish restaurant, Hummus restaurant and Agra the Indian restaurant). It is important for me as moslem. And the hotel also have GS25 store at first level, so easy to get things. The hotel also near MRT stations like Samseong station and Bogeunsa station, very easy to access!

I just don't like the thick carpet outside the room, it made us difficult to drag our luggages especially the heavy one

Very comfortable beds. Close to the subway Station and transfer to the airport is right across the road. Cleaning lady looking after my room went above and beyond every day. Good strong WiFi and having mini fridge was handy too.

Reception staff could pretend to be a bit mor interested in welcoming you! Or perhaps they were having a bad day. Does not matter what you do, showers will overflow and flood the bathroom floor. So be very careful when stepping out of the shower. Really poor breakfast. Quality of the bread and coffee was poor also and after trying their stale croissants one morning, we didn't have breakfast again for the rest of our stay there.

Lifts could take ages. Average room temperature was 26 degrees! The hotel decided to have heating option only which meant room couldnt be cooled - not great!
