We enjoy our stay at this nice hotel with very convenient parking on the premises. Nice size room & good buffet breakfast. Staff very helpful, providing very useful information to visit Grosseto & Castiglione Della Pescaia. Excellent for any travellers with their own car on a road trip through Italy.

Property needs some updating. One night is fine but wouldn’t stay longer than that.

Clean and presentable. Rooms were easily accessible. Breakfast was quite good.
Air conditioning did not work well. We informed the hotel staff of the situation.

Staff is amazing and will help you with anything. Got there late but they made sure I got food from a local spot and I don't speak Italian so anything else I needed taxi wise or anything to make my life easier they took care of
This is me being picky the bed could have been more comfy. Nothing else was wrong

Nothing really, it was very much what you’d expect from this type of hotel - for those that know it’s not unlike a Premier Inn (in the UK).

Breakfast as expected during Covid but good choice if items. Room excellent and staff courteous and helpful. Restaurant recommended by staff 5 mins drive distant was also very good. Goid car parking on site.

The location is rather far away from the centre (need a taxi for 10 euro), the street quite dangerous and dark.
