Pools was okay water was very cold

Food to much oiled food no barbecues and cleaning service was very bad

AI was an experience which we wanted to do for quite sometime Keeping our budget in mind & our requirements of a family type swimming pool + water slides, we carefully selected Crystal Sunset AI resort. Our experience from check in to check out was superb. The female at the counter was very kind & Polite & upgraded us to a bigger room, free of charge. The bedding & rooms were up to standard Food quality was good, nicely served & the variety kept on changing everyday. The servers served the food themselves & understood the requirement of quantity to be served. The variety of food was amazing Cocktails , mock-tails, coffee, desserts all were amazing & the servers kept on serving throughout the timings We do not consume alcohol, so cannot comment on it We did enjoy the water slides and I must say that it full filled a visit to a water park. The only thing I did not like & which would be the same in all AI's is the wastage of food. I would request all to eat & drink as much as you want too, but take a limited quantity first, try it & if u want more take it again

The Resort is amazing and the staff at the reception is so friendly. we had family room which was perfect choice for my family. Restaurant is very clean with many different meals. Waterpark is fantastic and Funny team is professional.

The lights in the rooms should be increased.

24/7 food, quantity was amazing but quality was alright

We booked and payed online but they requested us to pay again. My husband wasnt awake so i couldnt tell him to send evidence of payment. They also charged us more than we paid. After showing them proof of payment, they canceled transaction and upgraded our rooms. It was worth it

Maybe the location. That's all

We had the worst 5 start hotel experience ever. We had wait for two hours at the reception for check-in. The blankets in the room were so bad. The pool was super dirty. The food was average. Hotel interior details were very bad and not reflected in the images provided at Booking.com. I don't recommended anyone to stay in this hotel specially for the price they charge. I paid almost 250 USD per night and it was not worth the money we paid.

It was FUN, we never felt bored. Activities and night shows were great and amusing . It has a nice water park also. Food was good. I really liked it and definitely recommend.

When i lost my card key they charged me additional 10 euro. Usually in all hotels i visited, when you lose your card you can ask for a replacement at the reception immediately
