The place was great, especially for my kid, he and we enjoyed.. best place to spend vacation as a family.. Food was great, a lot of choices. Water park was amazing. We loved night activities as we can take our child with us. The staff were very friendlly speacialy the guy on main lobby bar

It is a combination of 3 resorts, and we have to check in from beach gold resort this was confusing, then the staff on counter gives us our key and did not inform us how to go to our room, we keeped searching our room which is on other building. At 9:00 am we were sleeping when the room service guy nock our door 3 times then he opened the door by his key while I am trying getting dressed.

Variety of swimming pools

Everything was fine, the food, swimming pool, the gardens and the beach. If Allah is willing 🙏, I will book this resort again in the next vacation. Thank you for everything ❤️

I think kids' areas are far from the elite rooms. If you could make a near place for parents to stay, because we have to sit down inside the kids area.

There are multiple buildings and you may need to walk 15 mins to get a towel for the pool. Not really buggy / wheelchair friendly Not really suitable for babies - there was no baby food. you need to pick things from the adult food and figure it out yourself. I had to request as my 10month old was sick of eating potato puree 3 times a day. and it never arrived even though it was promised. Food was not really tasty and the options were very limited Wifi is super weak The hotel in general is understaffed so you need to figure out most of the things by yourself. Also some staff are rude and don’t care. They just say I don’t know and then walk away No water fridges around the slides or kids play area Need to queue for the drinks and the bar staff can be rude Most of them don’t speak English Pillows are uncomfortable - too high

Excellent animation team, good activities for kids and adults, nice restaurant personnel. Fun water park. The fresh salad bar was amazing.

Food was plentiful but not flavorful, the same variety every day. I didn't like bedding, it wasn't comfy. There was no map in the room or information about what is available in the hotel. Only on our last day we found out there was another spa and indoor pool closer to our room. With three different hotel complexes under Vonresort brand, it is confusing and not clear what is available and where. Through the hotel I organized a transfer from the airport to the hotel, upon arrival no one was there to meet us despite providing them with our flight information. We had to wait for a long time until someone showed up after I found a way to contact them.
