Personnel courtois et à l'écoute.
Hôtel propre et confortable. Chambre accueillante
Le spa est très agréable avec différents saunas, un hammam, deux jacuzzis et des terrasses de repos
Nous avons séjourner en demi pension. Le diner était très bon avec beaucoup de variétés dans les plats et les saveurs.

L'hôtel se situe au pied d'un arrêt de bus pour profiter de la région

Das gesamte Personal war stets sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns mit unserer kleinen Enkelin immer sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und die Qualität bestens. Auch die Spa hat unsere Erwartungen bestens erfüllt.
Nichts, wir haben das Hotel so angetroffen wie wir erwartet haben. Sehr gut!

Very nice hotel and friendly personnel. We had a great time there during our vacation. We had a half-board and we didn’t regret it even once. The food was amazing, the dinner menu was different every day, the quality of food at the high- level restaurants.
Spa facilities were good, storage room has a separate cabinet for each room, which is super convenient.
The room was spacious and the bed and pillows were comfortable.
I made international calls every day to call the shuttle to pick us up, it would be nice to have a mobile number in the hotel and use WhatsApp or similar applications.

Lockers were perfect for storage and very slick

very nice hotel, friendly staff, very clean family like hotel, nice swimmingpool and wellness, fantastic diners, extensive and great breakfast, very nice bar, a lot of fun for the kids outside swimming and table tennis, inside Gardena roulette and real wooden chess.

Staff is really kind, hotel is extremely clean, water pressure in showers is good, breakfast is delicious, parking available in front of the hotel upon late arrival

hotel offers amazing dinner, breakfast and even snacks between 3-5pm with home made apfelkuchen. It also has great spa facilities, we especially enjoyed the whirlpool with a view on the mountains. also very good location to explore the area.

Very good location with nice view over the Dolomites with a very nice peak right in front of the hotel.
Right next to the hotel there is a nice restaurant with decent prices for food and drink. Large windows on your room so that you can enjoy the view.
Good SPA and very good breakfast.
The hotel has private transport to ski lift.

Great service by the hotel staff.
Breakfast was excellent.
The location was not perfect - although the view from the room balcony was. It was right on the central road and not in walking distance to lifts - but otherwise fine.
The WiFi in the rooms on the lower floor was not good. Our children could get WiFi access from their beds but had to move to the room desk to get on-line
