Lovely decor, good communication, spotlessly clean and great location to explore Bath on foot.

Storing the cases to a later time would have helped.

We liked our room, and having a bathtub in the bathroom.

Astonishingly, there was no breakfast. From past stays here, we had expected it - and the reviews here all seem to mention breakfast, too. Puzzling. Also, disastrously, we could not leave our luggage for the day, after we had checked out (no human contact involved in that - we just left our keys in the room, as instructed). We had to carry our bags round with us all the final day, which caused lots of problems.

Beautiful beautiful Georgian house! A Great location! Two minute walk to the crescent and 10 minute into the town! Even though there is no breakfast here, there is plenty of tea & coffee etc along with some little nibbles like oat bars & biscuits in the room. Also some small little toiletries in case you forgot your own!

Location, especially! This is a fantastic location in a fantastic town. The room and service was excellent. I've stayed there before and will likely do so again.

My room at the top of the hotel was so pretty I scarcely wanted to leave it.

I wish they had breakfast since the breakfast room is really attractive.

We loved the location. The room was very clean and so was the bathroom. We only met one person as we arrived and he seemed very nice.

The shower head did not stay up on its own. Our bedroom was not cleaned on the Saturday and the t bags and milk were not replaced, therefore we ran out of refreshments for the Sunday morning.

The room was very, very clean and had everything we needed. Nice touches everywhere. Easy check in. Loved the window shutters and tasteful decor. Close to centre of city.

Bed was extremely hard and shower head had very weak water power.

Parking outside is a challenge if you want to drop off / pick up luggage, however the Charlotte st car park is close by, booking was easy and a short walk through the park.
