Everything in the property was of good quality and well maintained. Warm, light and airy, even in the dismal wet cold weather. Walked to sea front in 15mins and University in 20, happy bunny. Thank you!

Nothing comes to mind, maybe the ensuite shower to the main bedroom could be looked at. But not a biggy.

check in being 6pm with charges per hour for earlier is something I didn’t love, I haven’t had such a late check in at any property before and the charge felt a bit unfair considering this

That you can't get in until 6pm. It would be nice if they provided salt, pepper, sugar and cooking oil. Also a salad bowl and another smaller pyrex bowl and a casserole for stove and oven use.

Location was perfect. Walking distance into town. Appartment was spacious and warm. Very clean.

King size bed mattress was a little uncomfortable.

The apartment is excellent, well kitted out , great location and great facilities. Would book again in a heartbeat

Good location. Easy access as on the ground floor. Spotlessly clean.

Bed was broken (we messaged the provider and they said they'd look into it but nothing happened) so didn't sleep particularly well. Check in should be earlier and later (at no additional charge) given how much cleaning the provider wants you to do prior to leaving. There should be two sets of keys for the property given that we were visiting with a friend and had to keep meeting up to swap who had the key.

Lovely apartment. Bedrooms large and comfortable, Lovely clean white towels and bed linen provided, Loads of plug sockets. TV and WiFI good.

Apartment could do with a little TLC, it's a shame because it's a lovely apartment. Hall carpets heavily stained. One of the 4 dining stools was broken and the dining table was sticky, tried to clean it but it still felt sticky, probably needs a new one. Grill pan and grid not been cleaned lots of dry black particles in it. Didn't wash it on principle, so didn't use it. Continuous dripping shower head in en suite, was not able to stop it, few broken floor tiles in the same en suite and found it was really dirty behind the sink base which I didn't clean again on principle.

Accommodation had everything needed. Location ideal.

The Sofa is slightly uncomfortable due to use.

The beds were very comfy and the place was very clean.

Parking was convenient, information accessing the apartment was easy, it was spotlessly clean and comfortable, with all the home comforts we needed. Also location was surprisingly good, I was looking at accommodation on the seafront but this was far more convenient for us.

Check in at 6pm and check out at 10am wasn't great, tbf the check in, suited us on the day, as we didn't get away as early as we were expecting, the cost of £20 an hour extension for either, was very off putting and a bit of a rush on a Sunday morning.

Was well impressed when we walked in on how clean and tidy it was. The apartment was close to everything we needed Seafront, shops, Uni. Will probably stay again over the next few year when visiting my daughter in Uni.

I wish the check in could be earlier 6pm is a little late.

The sofa wasn't very comfortable and some the streaming service stated did not work, the outside area wasn't private due to apartments location

I think that a 6pm check in is very late, would have preferred to check in a little earlier. I know this option was available at a cost but the cost was to much for us

Fantastic clean apartment with everything you need. Good location and instructions to access the property. Direct contact with owner and generally really please with the standard! Highly recommend!!
