the location was good

it was a very dated. looked like the room had been broken into as there was a temporary piece of mdf between the back door and wall and was exposed to the cold air. only a few lights worked.

The food at the Indian restaurant was very good

The tap over the bathroom basin was very loose. The left hand side of the electric blanket didn’t work

cockroaches in room. mould in aircon

Staff were great. Some issues initially with remotes but quickly fixed.

Room nicely refurbished. Nice walk to town.

Doors not fitted well, allowing cold draught.

Location was good, easy walk to shops etc. Room was cosy and bed very comfy. Ensuite was good, shower was excellent, recently Reno’d, although not quite finished. Outside exterior a bit dated. Would stay again.

Room information book needs more info. re how tv operates and how heater/cooler operates. Worked it out but would have been easier with instructions.

In-house restaurant delivered to our door.

The room deoderiser scent was overpowering. It had even seeped through my clothing. House cleaning knocked on the door and we said we didn't require their services yet they still attempted to enter the room. We weren't even due to check out.

not very clean. power points located beside bed at floor level were very dirty - not cleaned for months or years - and impossible to plug in my powerboard or Cpap plug. The first room I was allocated had a strong sewer/drain odour. Staff made another room available, but the odour lingered.
