Cottage con 3 camere da letto recentemente ristrutturato e completamente arredato, a 7 minuti di auto da Cootamundra. Situato adiacente al Parco Nazionale Jindalee con fantastiche passeggiate, percorsi per mountain bike e birdwatching.
Cucina a vista e soggiorno, 2 camere da letto matrimoniali e 3 ° con due letti singoli king. TV in salotto e 3a camera da letto con lettore DVD. Aria condizionata a ciclo inverso, un bagno, lavanderia, barbecue e ampio spazio per il parcheggio. Può essere flessibile con gli orari di arrivo e partenza (a seconda della prenotazione successiva) facci sapere i tuoi piani.
Goditi gli eccellenti percorsi MTB di Coota (il proprietario può fornire informazioni locali), una partita a golf e alcuni giri nella piscina riscaldata locale di 25 metri. Just wonderful. Lovely home, warm, inviting with everything you need. The location is perfect. Peaceful, quiet and relaxing. It's our "happy place" and we absolutely love it.

The fire pit was fun. Bed was comfy. Kitchen excellent. Robyn was responsive and seemed a lovely person. Take slippers in winter!

Forget about city life! We spent 7 days just relaxing and spending time winding down. Fire pit was great shame we only got to use it one of the nights as it was so wet. Overall we had a great time bit of walking, biking and lots of relaxing. Definitely would recommend to anybody need to switch off!!

Lovely clean cottage situated on a working farm just out of town. Nice & quiet. Comfy beds, luxury towels & linen. Awesome rain shower with good water pressure & HOT water. Everyone enjoyed watching the sunset around the fire pit outside. We enjoyed our stay :)

this large open home has everything you need and more, great modern bathroom and kitchen with top appliances and all the little extras, comfortable beds and inviting sitting room. All in a quiet rural setting, awoke to the murmur of sheep and lambs. beautiful place, look forward to trying the fire pit next time, the night sky was gorgeous.

We loved our visit to Mannamite, the house was spacious and clean and had everything that we needed for a family stay. We enjoyed being out in the country amongst farmland while only being a short distance to Cootamundra.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cottage was light & bright, spotlessly clean, well maintained, well equipped, and with very comfy beds. The outlook across the paddocks was lovely, and we enjoyed just sitting out on the grass under the lovely trees watching the sheep grazing. The beautiful sunrises and sunsets were amazing.

This was the perfect accommodation for my family as we attended an extended family get together in cootamundra. A 10-15 minute drive from town, the cottage was so peaceful and serene. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom very well equipped. I would recommend to others.

I really enjoyed staying in your beautifully renovated property.
My husband and son were a little worried about the noise from the sheep and lambs perhaps I should have warned them it’s a working farm.
The signage in the Gate needs to be replaced as my husband was not confident we had the correct address location when we initially arrived.
You guys were so busy during our stay ….. sorry we didn’t offer help.
My son wants to be a farmer so I though he should experience a little what it could be like.
