La nostra villa è una casa privata situata nella zona residenziale di Jan Sofat (una gated community 24/7), a soli 5 minuti di auto dalla spiaggia, ristoranti e supermercati. La villa è costruita sulla cima di una collina, fornendo con una brezza costante e una vista spettacolare sul Caracasbay, spagnola Acqua e Mar dei Caraibi.
La villa può ospitare comodamente 10, con 3 camere da letto e 3 bagni al secondo livello e un appartamento completamente arredato con la propria cucina a livello di pool. L'appartamento si dà abbastanza privacy se si desidera portare (grande) i genitori, gli amici, ecc
Per l'intrattenimento in casa c'è un nuovo televisore 60 "LCD e la connessione Netflix, un Apple TV e un lettore DVD con 5. 1 surround e circa un triliardo di DVD. accesso Wifi / Internet gratuito in tutta la casa. Vuoi per sfuggire al caldo? Beh, c'è un aria condizionata in ogni stanza della casa, compreso il soggiorno. Non troverete che spesso in Curacao!
I bambini ameranno la sala giochi, offre una TV, un lettore DVD con un sacco di film per bambini, una Wii con numerosi giochi così come libri, giochi da tavolo, un comodo divano e scrivania per bambini. Questa camera ha anche un divano letto nel caso in cui non vogliono lasciare;)
La cucina recentemente aggiornato offre c'è bisogno per cene fatte in casa, tra cui una stufa a gas chef e un nuovo marchio lavatrice e lavastoviglie.
Per cene formali è possibile cenare all'interno o cenare all'aperto e godere della romantica vista di sera sopra l'acqua a portico.
Vi è una sala in polvere per la vostra convenienza al primo piano pure.
Al piano superiore si trovano 3 camere da letto. La prima camera da letto è il masterbedroom con un letto matrimoniale con il proprio bagno padronale e una splendida vista delle barche nella baia e sull'oceano e sulla città di Willemstad. La seconda camera da letto principale ha un queenbed e un divano letto comodo e ha il proprio bagno. La terza camera da letto dispone di 2 letti singoli con il proprio bagno.
La camera da letto 4 si trova al piano di sotto in appartamento. L'appartamento privato ha una camera con un letto matrimoniale, un bagno e un soggiorno con una cucina completamente attrezzata, una sala da pranzo e posti a sedere. L'appartamento sarà disponibile per gruppi di 9 o 10 o su richiesta speciale. Tutte le camere sono dotate di aria condizionata.
Il livello della piscina è raggiungibile con le scale 1 livello al di sotto del livello principale ed è protetto da bambini curiosi da porte d'ingresso, se necessario. Il mazzo enorme piscina con pietra naturale (che non si riscalda al sole) offre una romantica zona pranzo cabana, un salotto set piscina e sdraio per prendere il sole. Presso l'area piscina troverete anche la griglia del barbecue, ideale per cene di famiglia in piscina! C'è un mazzo enorme per i bambini a giocare nel proprio teatro con gli scalatori, altalene ecc Abbiamo bambini, sappiamo quello che piace ;-)

Our family (mum, dad and 2 sons in their 20's) enjoyed a week together in Curacao and called this space home. The property is as shown, a little more lived in than photos, but that is expected
The kitchen is well equipped and had a handful of spices which had been left over from previous guests. We used the kitchen daily for breakfast, snacks and a few dinners.
The bed and bath linens are of quality and the provision of beach towels is very nice. Make sure to pack all toiletries, as bath soap, shampoo and conditioner are not provided, but easily purchased at the grocery.
The area is very safe and quiet. We walked int he mornings around the neighborhood and rarely were passed by cars. For those who keep a workout routine, we found the resistance bands we travel with could be used in many ways, as can the hill outside to the left of the house. Great family workouts on the deck.
The pool is lovely and was great to take a dip in on and off when we were home, as it is obviously hot and humid.
We highly recommend renting a car, as it would be very difficult to get around without one. Renting from the owners was a breeze.
Check in and communication with Mario was easy. Internet worked well, but could be slow if we had several devices hooked. Easily solved, but disconnecting.
As few of our favorites were the pig beach, Blue View restaurant and cliff jumping, Wednesday night dancing, Thursday evening live music in Punda and of course the flamingos.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was equipped with everything we needed and the owner and home manager were awesome! They were quick to answer and helped us immediately with a minor problem we had. The AC in the bedrooms cooled quickly for when we needed it in the evenings. We enjoyed the pool. The view from the property is absolutely incredible! Thank you for our stay!

This is a great place to stay. Communications with the owner and the caretaker were top-notch! The house was as described, check-in was easy, car rental with the owner was great! We really did not have one bad experience. I highly recommend this property to those looking for a great place to stay while on Curacao!

We very much enjoyed spending our Christmas vacation together with our (adult) children in this beautiful villa. A great welcome by Mario! Gated area which helps feeling safe in the house. Some appliances and (outside) furniture may be getting a bit older, but they are still very convenient and comfortable. We very much recommend this villa - a great place to spend your vacation in Curacao.

San Jofat is one of the nicest location on the island. To enjoy to the fullest you’ll need a car. I highly recommend this house

Overall the property worked great for our family of 10. The only thing that would have made it better was for the house to have a clothes dryer. It was challenging with 10 people and all the rain to wash our clothes (swimsuits and towels) each day and hang them up to dry. Thanks for a great vacation!!

We booked this for our trip to Curaçao and liked it very well only thing that you have to pack your soap and shampoo if provided that would be fine but it's not a big deal. The manager was helpful and did her job.

We are 2 couples from the US who stayed here for a week. It's a really lovely home with a well equipped kitchen, beautiful pool and outdoor area, and toys for water such as floaties and snorkeling. We didn't bring kids but this house would be great for 2 families with kids. The middle bedroom could sleep 4 kids and there is a TV room with a door that closes as well as the great pool! Mario was a super helpful an available manager who helped us with all our needs. We would happily stay here again if we return to Curacao.

We didn't bring kids but this house would be great for 2 families with kids. The middle bedroom could sleep 4 kids and there is a TV room with a door that closes as well as the great pool! It was a great place for the family. Nice neighborhood, we really enjoyed the indoor/outdoor concept. Plenty of space throughout the house. The owners/managers were quick to respond to any questions.

Be careful with electricity usage even if we had air conditionning only at night it cost us extra money at the end of our stay even if most of the time we were not there during the day.

Quiet Oasis on Hill
Beautiful home situated on hill in Jan Sofat. Very peaceful and nice breeze all the time as house is on top of hill with back looking out to bay and Caribe.

The location and amenities of the villa were amazing. Mario, the house manager, was very attentive to issues that came up and addressed them in a timely manner. You won't regret staying at this location!!

We had a wonderful time! The house is so beautiful and we really enjoyed the pool. Franca was so helpful! We felt very comfortable in the neighborhood and loved exploring the island. I definitely would go back to their home!

Lovely house that makes you feel like you're home
My two adult siblings and our spouses as well as our mother stayed for a week and left with memories to last a lifetime. Each morning we woke up to the sugar birds trying in vain to build their nest in one of the porch chandeliers or bird houses as we interrupted them with coffee and breakfast outside. We all enjoyed the pool immensely and were grateful to be able to find some type of shade on the porches or in the house during the humidity and heat of the day.
Be sure to watch a sunset from the porch. They are incredible and make great photos! Spend the day at Mambo Beach, which is about 10-15 minutes from the house. And you are better off heading in that direction to go into the city center as navigating the roundabouts can be tricky, as can the agressive drivers.
The only negatives were the house had a few leaking issues when we were there - the washing machine, apartment toilet and tea pot all leaked, but that didn't detract from the time we spent at the house. We were all sad to leave!

Lovely property
This villa has all you could want in a vacation property. We were very impressed about most of the property except for the apartment downstairs. My wife and I stayed in the apartment which for the most part was adequate for what we needed. It needs some repairs, lights in kitchen area weren't working and it must be noted that there is no hot water in apartment unit so we had to use one of the showers in the house. Again, no big deal but it must be noted. As for the rest of the house, there was enough room for our party of 8 that you could have your own space if you wanted it. Every bedroom has it's own shower and toilet which is a plus. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Pool area is beautiful. The open air blowing through the house during the day keeps everything cool and would be nice if there were someway to have screens on the windows so you could enjoy this breeze at night without any bugs. The house again is beautiful, our hosts and our house manager were of great help and responded to our needs quickly. Hope to be staying here again in the future.

AMAZING home in a beautiful part of Curacao
This home really is as stunning as the pictures.
From the beginning Pierre was very responsive. He knows the best beaches, restaurants and special Curacao places. One of those special places is this home.
The master bedroom with a super comfy bed is like a private paradise. The other bedrooms are also great (according to our daughters who used them) The AC in each room does a great job keeping things nice and cool during the Curacao heat.
The fully stocked kitchen is gorgeous and user friendly. We cooked in about five times, State of the art, large fridge and great gas stove and oven. The fridge and freezer held all our food and booze.. mostly booze and beer... comfortably
Lots of comfy seating and dining spots.
We loved the inside of this house, but the real magic is outside. The pool is spectacular. Lots of lounging space in and out of the sun. We were in the pool during the day and at night. Love the Wi-fi speaker system that you can hear throughout the house and in the pool area.
Franc is wonderful and responsive. She even purchased some groceries for us that were waiting when our late flight arrived.
The only slight disappointment was the 'game room'. There aren't really any complete games to play. But it did look like there were toys for small kids.
We will come back to Curaco and we will try to lock down this house again.

Gorgeous Villa - perfect for my family vacation!
Loved our stay in this amazing villa located just outside of Willemstad city center in a gated community. Our family of 6 had loads of room in this spacious, multi-level pool home, with loaded kitchen and all the comforts of home. Extras were very nice (coffee, dish soap, laundry soap, sun-screen, extra kitchen bags). Franca (property manager) was amazing especially since our arrival was very late! Her time was greatly appreciated with explaining specifics with the villa upon check-in and throughout our stay. Would highly recommend this villa for families!

You will not be disappointed. Pierre was always responsive to our email questions. Franca greeted us at the villa and was so welcoming & friendly as she showed us around. When we contacted her by email a few times during our visit, she too was timely in her responses.
The villa is situated in a gated community so we felt very safe. Restaurants, supermarkets, great beaches were all close by.
The layout of the house was great for our 2 families of 4. Plenty of space - we ate breakfast & dinner out on the porch. We used the AC in the bedrooms at night which made it more comfortable for sleeping. Even so, we only used about 1/2 of our allotted electricity. The pool is a wonderful amenity and the kids thoroughly enjoyed swimming in the pool, despite having spent most of the day at the beach!
The island itself is incredible with lots of beaches to explore, amazing snorkeling, Christoffel Mt & Shete Boka NP, mountain biking (Wannabike had great guided trips that were close by) & Windsurfing Curacao (on Spanish Waters).
Have an amazing vacation on Curacao with this place as your home base!

Fantastic stay! 4.5 stars!
We had a great stay and the house was fantastic! The only reason I gave 4.5 stars instead of 5 was because the refrigerator in the lower apartment was not working and needed to be replaced and there is only cold water in that bathroom which we were not aware of. It was refreshing in the heat! Would stay again very happily

Perfect Vacation
We had the pleasure of staying at this place for two weeks. It was amazing. The house is massive and beautiful. So many levels and different areas that it was ideal for a group of 7. The location cannot be beat. It is in a gated community in one of the nicest parts of the island. The pool is fantastic as is the large up to date kitchen. We cooked some great meals at the house using all the appliances provided and the bbq. Some great restaurants and stores are a mere 5 minute drive, as is the beach. And there are so many beaches to visit. Pierre was wonderful in assisting us before we arrived and Just Drive gave us a great deal on two rental cars. We have been to many islands over the years and really fell in love with Curaçao. So much so that we looked at buying our own house there. We would highly recommend this place, it is one of the best houses on the island. We will be back again for sure.

We were thrilled with the house and all accommodations as well as with our contact, the house manager. She was friendly and helpful and definitely added to our overall satisfaction. Our 3 year old delighted in the on site playground and pool area while his grandparents enjoyed the privacy of the apartment downstairs. Highly recommend for large families or group of friends and would love to book again in the future. They were super flexible and let us stay another night when our flight got cancelled. All 8 of us absolutely LOVED our stay.

Excellent way to celebrate my 40th birthday with friends and family!
What you see is what you get. The online pictures are a perfect representation of this beautiful home! Early morning & late night swims in our private pool were my favorite. Everything you need is here so ask lots of questions. I was bummed to learn that there was an iron/board and Bluetooth access to the amazing sound system during my check-out! Pierre was responsive to all of my questions and extremely helpful throughout my planning process.

Beautiful Home, Breathtaking views
This spacious home well served our large family needs. The view alone surpasses the five star rating. The house was supplied with everything we needed. Franca and Mario were exceptional in response time to those few incidentals the arose during our 2 week stay. A job well done!
