It was very comfortable and had everything I needed. Window didn’t close properly so reception found me something to close it with. Window had dropped! Reception chap was really good and very helpful! He was lovely. Cleanliness wasn’t quite up to ocd standards but was good enough. Shower was awesome - need to get one of these installed at home! Had a great sleep until early morning when heard other guests closing doors in the same corridor - I’m a light sleeper. Lovely hotel - abit more than I would have liked to paid value wise but was a last minute booking!

Location was good and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The room we stayed in and a considerable amount of damp/mould around the windows. Bathroom needs to be revamped as the bath panel was peeling and rust around the mirror

my initial room was very noisey with apparent the heating fans that needed an engineer, i complained to reception after trying to bear the noise for a few hours and then reception gave me another room straight away with no quibble, however my main dismay that was your reception staff was aware that there was an issue with the room before i even had to argue and explain the noise and therefore why was i put into a room initially that you were aware was not fit for purpose?

Good location for a function we were attending. Lovely, friendly, helpful and informative staff. Particularly helpful reception staff.

Size of windows in room, but just the design of some of rooms at back of hotel. Not a negative that can be changed.

i) Time stood at reception waiting for our room to be allocated. No other people waiting. ii) Noise from motor/engine running all night, iii) shortage of sugar & milk for drinks and iv) no info about firmness of different sides of mattress.
