Location is good to get Uber fast on the 7th avenue. Reception can organize taxi/private-pickup for transportation or airport, I personally used Uber. Staff is very friendly, speaks fluent English. Bed was nicely made, after using more warm blanket one day, next day they included it into how bed was re-made and designed. Hotel is closing their main door at night for safety. Hotel offers to host additional guest for only 50000cop/10eur extra per night.

There was some plastic floating in the toilet when arriving, raises question if it was cleaned after previous guests left. Minibar is empty, just an empty little fridge, for me it was not an issue, but if you plan to use minibar, then you should consider this. Completely overpriced breakfast for about 8eur per day. Tried it only one day. For this price you can eat lunch in a restaurant, or 8 hot dogs or burgers as street food. There is very little storage space in closet/drawers. Always felt confused about where to turn on/off lights since order of switches was kind of randomly placed. Last night card to open doors stopped working, but reception solved it in 2 minutes.

According to Colombian law 43 of 1993 any Colombian citizens living out of the country OR ANY USA CITIZEN doesn’t have to pay IVA. I have never paid IVA before at any hotel in Colombia. I requested a call from the director, but that never happened. The bathrooms drip water when you open the faucet and there’s water all over the floor every time you wash your hands.

The location is the only thing I liked...

The staff was not attentive, we asked for a wine opener to borrowed and they did not have one. They did not greed you. They are more involved with talking to themselves than the guests. The bartender did not have tomatoes to make sandwich and had to go out leaving us at the bar while he left to the store. Total chaos with he staff not trained in hospitality

I've been staying at this Hotel for many times now. i got to make a good friendly relationship with the staff and yet it's my first review. Andres, Edwin, Eduard and all of the front desk staff are all exceptional. Breakfast is the best. (There should always be a soup tho✌🏼) The gentleman at the breakfast is always very accomodating ang helpful. Thank You guys for making my and my family stay very convenient and feels like at home. Many listed facilities do not exist. No airport shuttle, but they will call a taxi for you. No bar and the restaurant does not seem to function regularly after breakfast. Breakfast was pretty terrible. Week old arepas and grey scrambled eggs.

Modern, comfortable, and spacious rooms. I can't really see myself using the gym (consisting of one treadmill) and sauna (very small), yet it's still nice to have these amenities. There are many ATMs, fancy restaurants, and nice cafes around; however, it's far from the Transmileno line. Considering the lower price compared to similar business hotels, it's a solid option for those who need to be in Chapinero.

I had some issues regarding my check-out: I had asked for late check-out beforehand which was confirmed by the staff in written form. Still, another employee said it wasn't possible due to the hotel being fully booked. After some time, and messages from other employee shown, suddenly all rooms weren't full anymore and I was able to check-out late (for 80k pesos). Even though their demeanor was always professional and friendly, accuracy of communication to customers and between staff must be improved. Similarly, check-in was very slow, I understand it's not possible to check in before the set time, but this hotel should be as strict about letting people in without any hassles on time as they are about not letting them in before the set time: I had to wait 30-40 minutes before I was let in.
