What?! Newly Remodeled 2BR, 2BA 1st Floor Facing Lush Tropical Courtyard!
Pronto per le prenotazioni primavera ed estate 2019! Condominio di facile accesso, al piano terra. 2 ampie camere da letto e 2 bagni possono ospitare comodamente fino a otto persone. La prima camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale. La seconda camera ha due letti matrimoniali e un ampio armadio walk-in. Entrambe le camere da letto e ciascuna hanno porte scorrevoli in vetro che si aprono sul nostro ampio patio recintato. Entrambi i BR hanno anche tv a schermo piatto e ventilatori a soffitto orientabili e regolabili. Il patio si affaccia su un bellissimo cortile tropicale paesaggistico. Ci sono due bagni. Il primo bagno offre una full-size da bagno con doccia. Il secondo bagno offre una cabina doccia 5 piedi. Il soggiorno dispone di una poltrona reclinabile, TV a schermo piatto, ventilatore a soffitto, divano letto e divanetto. Il soggiorno ha anche una porta scorrevole in vetro e consente l'accesso allo stesso cortile splendidamente piastrelle. Ci sono due nuovi set bistrot sul patio, il che rende il luogo ideale per il caffè del mattino o un cocktail serale. La sala da pranzo è dotato di un tavolo full-size, sedie e un bar per la colazione. La cucina è completamente attrezzata e ben dovrebbe soddisfare le vostre esigenze di cottura. A soli aa pochi passi brevi ad una delle due splendide piscine, riscaldate e una breve passeggiata attraverso i cortili tropicali Tiki dalla gated ingresso spiaggia del Golfo. Il Tiki offre anche la connessione Wi-Fi gratuita e TV via cavo. C'è una lavanderia in loco, coin-op. La spiaggia di proprietà Tiki su South Padre Island è davvero un paradiso tropicale che offre miglia di bellissime spiagge di sabbia bianca e le attività connesse. Vieni, rilassati e divertiti!

Very clean the air conditioner worked very well the shower was warm and cold really good the kitchen is complex has everything we didn’t need to take anything for sure we will come back to this place. The bed is comfortable. Erika R

Tiki was a great place to stay. This condo did not disappoint. The staff, amenities, property and surrounding things to do was perfect. Couldn't have asked for a better week. We will be back.

I just want to say that our stay at this condo was great. The condo had great decor, bedding, and was very clean with lots of kitchen appliances and utensils. The kids enjoyed the pool and we liked the close access to the beach. We also enjoyed the location, that was almost directly across the street from the turtle sanctuary. The beds were comfortable and we had a great nights sleep each and every night we would definitely book this place again and would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

We spent the week here with our family. We had a great time and the condo had everything that we needed. Plenty of room for our 4 kids and 3 adults. Brand new pots and pans and a lot of towels made the condo even more comfortable.

My husband and our 3 kids stayed here for basically a week and enjoyed every minute. The easy access of a first floor unit along with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was perfect. The location made such an easy and quick walk to the beach that it wasn't a hassle at all if we had to walk back to the condo for more food, drinks, or even a quick break from the beach. Pool access and laundry were also right outside the unit. Had a great time and highly recommend this unit!

Been visiting the Tiki for many years. Will not stay any place else. We have never had any issues with staff or anyone. The surroundings are getting crowded but still a fun place to visit.

Short walk to beach. Clean comfortable condo with plenty of room. Comfy beds. Ample towels in bathrooms. Nice kitchen utensils and non stick pans. Close to pool and bbq pit. Cold A/C. Very nice stay! Hope to stay again soon.

This condo's location right by the pool and within easy walking distance of the beach is perfect for a sun filled vacation. Even when there were a lot of people using the pool over the weekend, it was not intrusive while we sat on our shady patio. The condo's kitchen is well stocked with dishes and utensils. Comfortable furniture and being well decorated made for an enjoyable week. This property will definitely be on our list for future stays.

Great location. Friendly people and staff. Grounds were kept in excellent condition and the place was very nice. Close to beach and pool was just outside patio door. Only con I would say was there was no beach amenities (beach chair/wagon/umbrella). Most beach VRBO’s I have stayed in the past these were always provided. With that said, you could rent chairs on the beach also. All in all great stay and would come back to stay again.

A great place to stay. Steps away from the ocean, pools, laundromat & close to bars & restaurants. The free Bus System provides local transportation.

We enjoyed our stay at this unit. It was dog friendly and just a short walk to the beach. Nice patio in the front by the pool. Very clean and roomy. Well equipped with linens, kitchen goods, etc. Would stay there again.

The property was exactly as described, very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully adequate, beds were comfortable. I enjoyed walking through the beautiful property to get to the beach which was very close. Staff maintained the pools well and kept the grounds well. All in all I was well pleased with this unit.

The Tiki Condominiums are in a great location . So close to the beach . Unit 115 is beautifully located in and inner garden courtyard, close to one of the heated pools . Condo had everything needed for our 3 month stay

We had a blast on our family vacation! This property is beautiful and extremely convenient. We have three kiddos and it was super awesome to have a short (like extremely short) walk to the beach. We visited in December and the heated pools were AWESOME! I was worried that it would be too cold to take advantage of the pools but they kept them nice and warm so we went swimming everyday. The property was quite at night (HUGE plus for this family!) and everyone was super friendly and helpful. The owner went out of his way to reach out and communicate with us. In fact we had left the condo and were on our way home and we got a call from EJ saying we forgot my kids blankets and stuffed animals!!!! Seriously, if he didn’t take the time to relay that message this mama would’ve been doomed!!! I am beyond grateful! Thanks again for the great stay! We can’t wait to return.

The condo was a great size and comfortable. We were there for Thanksgiving and the condo had everything we needed to cook what we wanted. The location was great right near the beach. The pools in the complex are heated which was nice since the weather wasn’t as nice as we wanted it. Check-in and out process was easy.

The location and parking were easily accessible. We ended up getting in later than anticipated due to tire problem but when we arrived at the condo the directions with parking permit were waiting for us in the door which was appreciated.
The unit was clean and well appointed. EJ informed us that new pots, pans, and cutting board were added. They were perfect for whipping up some scrambled eggs etc. The bathrooms were clean with plenty of towels.
The living room and bedrooms had very secure sliding doors onto a great patio. The sliding doors provided great soundproofing, so don't worry about being near the pool and any noise that might come from it. We didn't hear anything.
The king size bed in the one bedroom was very comfortable. The size of the unit was very comfortable and we would not hesitate to visit again.

Awesome place! The location is perfect. There’s a gate from the property that puts you right on the beach. Umbrella and chair rentals are $35 for the day. We went to Bar Louie (right next door) and we’re able to enjoy $2 mimosas while watching the kids play on the beach. As far as the condo itself: the host was awesome. He had recommendations for a restaurant that we enjoyed. He answered every message immediately and was very easy to work with. We were able to bring our small dogs and that was a blessing to have them with us. The condo has everything you need to cook with or make margaritas 🙂 It was clean and well maintained. Lots of new dishes and clean appliances. It overlooks a lovely courtyard and a heated pool. We had a blast and look forward to returning.
