The location is great! - on the main street and a 15-min walk to the downtown area (and ferries!); across the street you’ll find a number of great places to eat. The room was small, but we were ok. There was an option to have breakfast at the property (20NZ, I believe), and it was worth it. The staff was friendly.

The location & the female staff were helpful and friendly 10 stars to them appreciated their great friendly customer service & help!

Rooms are small, gym isn’t open, Indian male staff are not friendly and look miserable, old style hotel, shower was weak, bed was abit itchy, no where to sit in the room had to ask for a chair which the staff lady politely gave me.

Location is average, price was standard for the area. Lady at reception was very lovely and explained everything in detail so there was no confusion. Loved the food place across the street especially with it being open very late

Everything we touched was greasy, the light switches, remote, TV, fridge, glasses, the window latches the walls even have grease marks all over them it was disgusting. The room was incredibly tiny, the shower wasn't cleaned properly. There was no milk for coffee. The lobby and elevators were stinky despite the aroma defuser in lobby. Stains all over the carpets and bedding. When booking the hotel room I rang up to ask about parking and to book a space and was told there would be a parking spot available, when we got to the hotel the carpark was full and we were told there's nothing they could do and had to find parking elsewhere. Beds were incredibly uncomfortable. Dirty linen was sitting in the hallway for the entire stay.

Price for just a night in town and not having to worry about driving home to the suburbs after.

Standard room, comfortable and clean. Great location, close to everything, and handy to have a bus stop less than 50m away.

The only issue was that they say they don't have air-conditioning, although there are air conditioners in the room, but they are just not working or they have purposely turned them off. It was a warm night, so this made it a bit uncomfortable.

There was a dirty sock on the floor on arrival, the bed was very uncomfortable, felt like I was sleeping on springs. The aircon was on one side of the bed so I was either very cold or warm. The room was very tiny, the bathroom window fog plastic covering was coming away so privacy was a concern. The cleaner broke my razor.

Overall Hotel is good. Location is perfect. Breakfast buffet was good.

Location is very convenient and good for anyone wanting a short stay. Facilities were okay. Cleanliness was okay. A few spots in the hotel room obviously have not been cleaned in a while like the wall behind the bed. But over all it was a good stay. Staff were very kind and helpful.

Low quality room, awkward to move around and very little space. TV doesnt really function, had to scroll around to ttry to find something to watch but found nothing around. No smartTV which would have made a big difference. No desk to work on

Staff are friendly and I appreciated the lounge to relax at the entrance, as well as the buffet breakfast. Bed was solid and comfortable. Well placed close to nearby universities and city center.

The room was not properly cleaned - the carpet underneath the beds had clearly not been vacuumed or cleaned, and there were marks on the carpet that had not been removed by deep cleaning. I know labor is expensive, but this was the biggest disappointment. Also, my room was not serviced everyday - well, it was not over the weekend; if you promise a daily service then I expect the bed would be made and the room cleaned.

I really appreciated the hospitality and time management..you get what you pay for. I am really satisfied with the out come. I would definitely stay again. Thankyou
