Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Room was small, as expected, but clean. Location of hotel is convenient.

It was a bit of a struggle to find the space to open 2 luggages.

Fantastic hotel located in the heart of Naha. Only a stone's throw away from Kokusai-Dori shopping street. Parking on site and was very easy to navigate. Very helpful staff and rooms cleaned daily. Breakfast was incredible every day with a wide variety of Japanese and especially Okinawan meals. Family Mart on site so really just overall a fantastic hotel. Will stay here again if ever I was back in Naha.

The hotel is in a prime location, right in the heart of Naha and on the busiest street no less. There's a FamilyMart right below it which is quite convenient, and staff was good with communication.

This was my fault for booking it, but if you don't like everything smelling like cigarettes do not book a smoking room. It's obvious now in hindsight but yeah my entire room reeked of cigarettes which was rather frustrating as I had to reacclimate my nose every time I walked in the room. If the room was nonsmoking I definitely would not have had this problem so take this as advice more than a complaint.

"Superior twin" compact but functional. Desk with chair and also small table and chairs. Very good location, just near the monorail station, so easy to/from airport. Around the corner from Kokusai Dori, main street for shopping, restaurants.

No in-room safe. Breakfast buffet OK, but Western options rather limited.

Location is at the very start of Kokusai-dori. Family mart (convenience store) was accessible from inside the hotel building. Take the elevator to the 2nd floor then, get on the elevator on the opposite side to the 1st floor. Follow the path and the convenience store will be on your right. A&W is located on the 2nd-3rd floor of the building next door.

Wifi was weak for me. Pillows were too soft. Wished they had a combo of firm and soft instead of 2 soft ones. Breakfast buffet was ok. Thought there would be a wider variety to choose from considering what you see on their website and the reviews but, it was your basics with both Western and Eastern. Oh! But there were some Okinawan dishes in the selection which was good to see.

Super nice location, fast wifi, handy available for free, you can even bring it outside so can use internet in town. Kind and helpful staff. Def will come back next time.

Hotel is located at the start of the Kokusai shopping street, with Family Mart downstairs and 7-11 just a few walk away.

None of the staff is able to converse in English. The automated parking is very troublesome.
