Grand and luxurious. Beautiful location overlooking the bosphorus. Staff is friendly and helpful. Facilities are great and restaurant is very nice.

The ac wasnt working well the first night which i did not expect from such great hotel. But i called maintenance and they fixed it right away.

For me , The Grand Tarabya Hotel is one of the most beautiful destinations in Istanbul, the bosphorus room view is amazing, thanks Mr.Eray from the front disk for your professional work and your kindness, Mr.Eray was in our help all the time of our stay .

Another superb performance! Absolutely everyone is kind and smiling! As a regular customer, they changed my room to a sea view. A unique view of the Bosphorus! Very clean. Everything shines! A wonderful restaurant and patisserie with very creative and different, delicious treats! A unique spa! Big, with a big gym, professional massage therapists. I highly recommend staying at this hotel!

Service, hospitability, cleanliness, and excellent team and personal. Perfect view and location. We celebrated our wedding anniversary and the hotell staff made our experience wonderful. Thank you for Hilal and Dila for their efforts. I would like to also thank for the cleaning staff , housekeeping for their efforts and making our room very tidy and clean. Excellent service-minded team. I recommend this hotell for everybody!

Air-conditioner system could have been more silent.

The hotel is excellent, luxury and cleanliness smell everywhere. All the staff are extremely kind and great professionals. From the Piccolo to the Manager. All young, smiling, kind and beautiful people. They solve all your problems in seconds. They have the biggest and most unique spa. With exceptional massage therapists. I strongly recommend. I will definitely go again.
