호텔 내 행사준비로 아침 일찍부터 복도가 시끄러웠는데 다른 게스트도 배려해야하는 점 꼭 기억해주세요.

Luksuriøs standard, komfort og service som man sjelden får til denne prisen hvor som helst ellers i verden. Fortjener definitivt sine 5 stjerner. Hadde suite med stor stue, senger til fire, stort bad og fantastisk utsikt gjennom glassveggene I 18. etg. Servicen var også av høy standard. En av Koreas fineste strender bare 1 km unna.

Frokosten var ekstremt dyr. Ville kostet nesten det samme som rommet for fire personer

Vaizdai iš restorano, (jame ir pusryčiai patiekiami), nes įsikūrę 32-34 aukštuose (recepcija berods 31), gražus interjeras, arbatos gėrimo galimybė su vaizdais. Arti ilgai dirbantis supermarket. Elektra valdomos užuolaidos kambaryje.

Pats rajonas truputį toks šaltokas, nes tarp dangoraižių nedaug žmonių (buvome žiemą, per naujus metus). Iki gyvybingesnio Haeundae paplūdimio ir nuostabaus Dongbaek iškyšulio su parku apie 2 km. Recepcionistė negalėjo papasakoti kaip sutinkami Nauji metai, viešbutis jokių renginių nesiūlė. Man atrodo kalbos barjeras buvo. Naujų metų sutikimas buvo ir Haeundae paplūdimyje iš vakaro (koncertas iki 1 val nakties) ir rytinis saulės pasitikimas - dar didesnis renginys, sveikuoliai maudosi ir tt. Būtu gerai tokią informaciją žinoti iš anksto :)

흠 잡을 부분이 없었음. 뮈치, 시설, 직원 응대, 청결, 룸상태, 전망, 가성비 등 모든 면에서 나무랄 때가 없었음. 관광, 호캉스 모두 만족시킬 수 있음.

과거 기억을 쫓아 가족 관광겸 해운대를 찾음. 파크하야트 부산은 처음이었으나 흠 잡을 부분이 없었음.

청결도에 까탈스러운 편인데 거슬리는 것 하나 없이 아주 깨끗했습니다. 수영장, 피트니스센터 모두 시설관리도 잘 되어있었고 운동화와 러닝용 양말까지 준비되어있어서 만족스러웠어요.

요트장쪽 뷰였는데 옆 건물 내부가 너무 잘 보였습니다. (사람들 밥 먹는 모습, 티비보는 모습 등) 그 쪽에서도 이쪽이 보이는 건 아닌가 조금 신경쓰였어요.

깨끗한점

엑스트라베드가 체크인 후에 이루어진 점 아무것도 못하고 베드 들어오는거 기다리고 있었어요 미리 해주시면 좋았을것같습니다 그 외 서비스는 일체 없는 점.

The hotel hardware is good. Staff is good. Room service is good.

The location is quite far from busan train station. There is not much thing to do nearby the hotel.

직원분들이 매우 친절했고 객실도 매우 쾌적했습니다. 욕실도 매우 청결합니다. 바닥이 나무로 된 마룻바닥이라 고급스러웠고 휴대폰 충전 케이블도 준비되어있어서 좋았습니다.

처음 방문이라면 엘리베이터로 이동하는 데 헷갈릴 수 있음.

Breakfast layout was good and the view was excellent from my room . Many resturants within walking distance and the marina walk every night was amazing with amazing weather

The hotel is nice, the staff are gracious and welcoming, and the location and view of the bay and the bridge are really great. It's a very nice place to stay.

The breakfast arrangements are a bit strange and feel the a la carte could be better. Perhaps it is just the comparison with the Grand Intercontinential where I'd stayed earlier but the service seemed confused (we were given wrong orders on multiple days) and while the food was certainly nice, it just seemed to lack the higher quality I'd expect at a park Hyatt. Additionally, seating for breakie seemed muddled and found quite often familesi with noisy kids would let them play their iPads at high volume kinda of disrupting the breakie atmosphere. Often it felt like the staff were a bit overwhelmed at breakfast by orders and logistiics. That said, it was good. Just expect it to be excellent at the Park Hyatt for what you pay.

According to my experience; I have traveled around the world, I have not seen a hotel that requires a fee to enter the sauna especially this hotel is overpriced. Other thing, the front desk person when changing in tried to give us the worst rooms as much as possible. She was not welcoming and she wishes that we didn’t come.

Great location. We were adjacent to two major beaches and most of the scenic spots and shopping. Great restaurants nearby as well. The service and personnel are just spectacular.

The food at the hotel was ok but not up to the level of the rest of the hotel. Best meal was breakfast at the hotel.

I’m a frequently travel and I never see Elevator take so long time every time when you need. Wait line about 30 min to have breakfast

Rooms have a lot of wooden paneling which gives bad odor. Breakfast is not wide enough.
