The Service they don't have my room available when I arrive they give me one bad¹ room No light on the enter No A/C Don't work the extractor on the bedroom They said don't have my reservation Booking don't send my reservation to them they said I have to contact Booking.com because is the Booking.com the problem and they give me that ugly room 11:00 pm if I don't accept that room they don't have another option and I have to looking another option on difert hotel that is crazy

Staff was not friendly or accommodating

The breakfast was good and the security guy was very helpful and attentive with customers. He clean the tables and accommodate the customers as they were coming in to look for open tables.

Check in was the worst experience. The receptionist Karen Morales claimed that I did not have any reservation with them even though I showed them my reservation number and all the necessary information to check in. She did not help us and her only solution was to tell me that that they were no rooms and sorry for the inconvenience. I was very upset and disappointed so I had to call booking.com to make sure the reservation was still good, they did confirm. Edel, the representative was very helpful and understanding. He tried many times to call and email the hotel directly while he was helping me on the line. Nobody picked up the call, I even told the manager that somebody from booking.com was trying to contact them and the only thing she said “ Oh that’s weird we haven’t received any calls. Finally, Gloria Sanchez heard. the situation and try to help us. She worked with us along with the manager, (I think her name is María Luisa) which in my opinion Gloria act more like a manager because she took the initiative and apologize right away. it took a while but finally she was able to accommodate and apologized for the whole situation.

Cleanliness was very poorly done. way too noisy, rooms are not sound proof. Could hear all my neighbors all around past midnight and too early in the morning. Way too dark in general.

Good location, confortable bed, but not 100% clean. Breakfast was ok, good options for quick breakfast. The staff are very courteous and polite.

Had a little trouble with WiFi, constant disconnections and frequently loses speed. Door handle was not working properly and had trouble to get into the room.
