L’emplacement est vraiment top à proximité de tout et il y a un parking à proximité.

Un peu déçue du rapport qualité prix. Notre réservation était bien enregistrée sur Booking.com mais pas à l’hôtel. La réceptionniste nous demande malgré tout si nous n’avons pas réservé à l’hôtel du même nom à Bayonne alors qu’elle voit bien notre réservation à l’écran et finit même par appelé son collègue de Bayonne. Bref il leur reste 1 chambre, ce sera celle en rdc côté rue accès PMR, pas grave en soi mais si la réservation avait était enregistrée dans les temps nous aurions peut être eu une autre chambre. Un bouilloire dans le placard sans prise qu’il faut donc déplacer. Et pour le standing de l’hôtel on s’attendait à une vraie machine à café et non pas du café en poudre. Un miroir grossissant inaccessible tellement il est haut, même pour une personne sans handicap. Des petits détails mais lorsque l’on s’offre une nuit pour 200€ dans ce genre d’hôtel on s’attend à un peu mieux.

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end. Le personnel est adorable L’hôtel est d’une propreté remarquable, je le recommande vivement

This is one of the best experiences with the hotels that I have stayed. The hotel is only a few minutes away from the beach, major tourist attractions, the restaurants and shopping area. The staff is exceptionally friendly and speaks excellent English, defying the stereotype of unfriendly French people. Plus they are all female! I was most blown away by its breakfast. There must be 15 different kinds of pastries, savory and sweet. Yum!! Apparently they were all freshly homemade by the staff who not only manage the front desk but were also apparently incredible cooks. I have never seen so many different kinds of pastries in one spread. I like modern decor in general so the hotel interior fits me well. The breakfast/common area has a charming garden. The room is extremely clean and well-maintained. I like that it is located among the residential area that you are not bothered by the noise and the crowd while being conveniently only a few steps away. It’s a nice little boutique place. I will defiantly go back if I visit Biarritz again.

I needed to register every time I wanted to use wifi. It was a pain.
