Nothing. I lost my items there and even GM gave lousy excuse. I wanna warn everyone this hotel staff steal items and management are useless

We had a Nice big room with a king size bed. All very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a pleasure to use. We had a coffee station hidden in a cupboard with fridge and microwave. TV with multiple Channels. Booked through an agency and got a very good rate. Far better than what the Southern Sun was offering. This pricing made it very affordable. The breakfast was very good for our liking. Overall I was very happy
A 2 pin electrical plug was not working and we had to use the bedside lamps plug to charge a phone. The cleaning staff did not fill up our coffee station with Coffee etc and bottled water as we got it the 1 st day

Amazing stay in this old world gem of a hotel.
Clean & very comfortable rooms.
The staff are fantastic and the breakfast is amazing. All meals including room service are brilliant. Will be back :)

The location was convenient as Uber's were quick and affordable but the location is not walkable to food and entertainment. The premises were clean and bright while the staff were friendly and helpful.
Not a concern for my wife and me but the lack of an elevator to our upper room would have been an issue for our older friends and relatives.

The staff were incredible. I had a medical emergency and had to be rushed to hospital. The staff called an ambulance, made sure I was as comfortable as possible, kept all my valuables safe, and put my ID and medical aid card in my shirt pocket. They then contacted two family members twice to keep them updated.
They were absolutely brilliant.

Confirmed a doubl bed on Booking.com, and on confirmation....only to be told the app got it wrong and we were to be allocated twin beds...,with option to change.
And no comromise from the hotel's side.
Food was bad, oxtails prepared with baked beans, grilled Lamb chops with no spice, asked for "well prepared" ,but given" almost raw".
Dirty, old carpeted rooms...looked vintage.

I liked the most the bed in the room, the breakfast and the garden
I did not like the toilet,

bed was comfortable, clean bathroom, air-conditioning works well
carpet was extremally dirty, my 10month old baby was crawling all over the place and his clothes were so dirty like he was crawling outside. Kitchen was full of ants which made their way to our leftover meals

Pool is visible to others while eating... should have been more centralized. and Private... personally I prefer a pillow top mattress. Not firm. But the overall experience was great.

great place to stay at. Rooms felt a little unused. We signed in at very short notice, so this may be that.
Breakfast was lovely. Kids enjoy the pool. suite we booked in was very spacious.
