we got kicked out of the pool at 830pm when the book says it’s open until 9pm. it was the fact that we weren’t allowed in there it was the attitude and mannerism of the manager. he yelled get out of the pool, “Out” “Out”

quiet location, newly renovated bathroom good water pressure, comfortable beds, smart TVs.

nothing to complain about, the position and amenities would be adequate for most travellers.

it looked nice on booking.com site when we booked it and paid in advance

zero customer compassion when all roads were flooded and we were unable to reach hotel but didn’t know until mid morning on day we were due to arrive. Off handed manager said no refund. no partial refund. no credit to use when roads open. it cost him nothing. we didn’t reach the motel. we lost all our money thru a natural disaster. AND he said if we booked direct not thru Booking .com he may gave had more flexibility!!! horrible mean person.
