The room was a decent size. We ended up leaving a night before as our daughter became unwell. The room did have all we needed although we didn't require any cooking utensils or anything.
It was not cleaned properly. As I opened the door the first thing I saw was crumbs all over the coffee table which I have photos of the aircons particularly in the main bedroom was covered in dust and lint and it had mould inside. (Also have photos of that). My side of the bed had a black hair on it also there was hair in the shower. And the tops of the cupboards had dust all over them (not good for people who suffer allergies).
I didn't expect to much as the price reflected what we experienced. Overall the room was doable just needed extra attention when cleaning. As someone who used to clean air bnbs and holiday parks I'd be sacked if I left the rooms/ cabins like that.

Close to town.
Didn't like the idea if you didn't clean up and empty the bins, you would get charged extra.
Lack of soundproofing, thought there was someone walking on the roof, but it was the cabin netdoor.

Our bungalow was very clean. It was a cold night. There were extra blankets. Great facilities and ambience. We really liked it.

We were put in a high level unit that overlooked a mass of caravans and at back it was wheelie bins all tipped over. Underneath was old timber laying around . When you walked around upstairs in room it felt like whole room was moving . It was just like a mine donga on stilts . Shower floor felt like you were going to fall straight through. Way to over priced .

Great size cabin and beautiful outdoor areas, pool is gorgeous. Very welcoming staff. Loved the added touch of an airfryer in our cabin 👌

Facilities were great.
Swimming pool was amazing.
Bungalow was a bit small, but you should be outside enjoying the place instead.

central, clean and good facilities. The bed would have been one of the most comfortable bed we have slept on, in all our travels
parking for our cabin was a bit painful but the other cars parks seem good so overall not bad. power points were to far away from the to charge your phones at night and the bedside table was so old it looked like it would fall off the wall so we couldn’t put anything on it

The Big 4 was pet friendly and was in a nice location. With lots of nice trees and wildlife.
The facilities in the cabins and villas were unclean, unsanitary and very dirty. You could not walk in the cabins wearing no shoes without your feet becoming filthy.
In addition to the unclean facilities. You were allocated 1 towel per person per week. Thus, for a whole week sleeping and bathing in unclean facilities. You were not allowed clean towels.
The cabins and villas were $200 plus a night. Only to have to take out your own rubbish and clean your own dishes.
Pool cleaner was running throughout swimming hours. Thus, you had to swim with it.
The park was not mowed (Had long grass) in summer. Adding the risk to snakes. In hot country town that is already a perfect spot for snakes. A family park should not have I mowed grass to add to the risk of snakes with pets and kids running around.
Staff were not very friendly
